Although taking 22 days to receive my order, even with expedited shipping, I want to confirm that the company is legit - my order was fulfilled. I was nervous too especially upon reading some negative reviews and then realizing the phone number on the website is indeed not valid.

I used the website contact form for communication making sure to provide my order number. There were no direct replies but upon 1st inquiry they immediately created a USPS tracking number. It's true it's used as sort of a 'place-holder' (no package received by USPS yet). I inquired with Prince Herb a second time, via the contact form and again providing my order number. They immediately updated the order status for the USPS tracking number with a new message - something to the effect that the package would be shipped as soon as it was available. That's when I was pretty confident the package would be delivered.

I'd order from them again but could only give 4 stars for this order because the lack of direct communication - not knowing the estimated delivery time - was a bit nerve-racking.

I have ordered from this company twice, and typically it takes about two to three weeks for the products to arrive. Their herbs are imported, which means they are brought in from other countries rather than being stocked locally. Importing herbs involves the process of cutting the natural herbs and shipping them directly to the customers; they are not sitting in a store awaiting dispatch. If you have had a negative experience, I suggest you consider these details before forming a final opinion. It's important to be accurate and fair when giving feedback about a company. They also provide you with a USPS shipment so once the order is ready its track. Let's get it together people

Do not order from this company they are scammers they take your money give you a bullshit tracking number then never respond to emails. The phone numbers they have listed are bogus this site is a legit scam site don’t waste your money like I did I wish I would have done some research first. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PRINCE HERB SCAM SCAM SCAM

Paid for my product and never received a tracking number. I tried emailing them for a week before they bothered to give a nonsense response that my shipping charges were being refunded. Still no product.

Edit 1: Received tracking info, but USPS has been awaiting shipment 2 days. Still better to see a real tracking number generated. Have upgraded to two stars now from one. If product is good, will upgrade to three. If future orders go better, I’ll continue to upgrade this rating

I made a very massive purchase from them and then I wrote the email to ask how to use the particular product which I have no experience with. No reply! Never ever!
