Terrible experience – seriously overrated and misleading
I stayed at the outdated Ramada hotel, which claims to be a 4-star hotel. In reality, it’s barely worth 2 stars in the morning and 2 stars in the afternoon. This hotel is severely overclassified and clearly living off past glory.
But it gets worse. Guests are deliberately lured into the casino with false promises of free drinks and food. This is pure deception. Once they scan your entry badges, they can see exactly how much money you have lost. If that amount isn’t high enough for them, you get absolutely nothing. No drinks, no food, nothing at all. This is outright fraud.
At the gaming table, I was treated extremely rudely and disrespectfully. I was literally told:
“The only thing you can get here is a dry toasted sandwich.”
That “sandwich” was worse than basic street food. Absolutely embarrassing.
When I decided to leave the casino, a so-called manager approached me. When I asked for clarification, his response was:
“Come back tomorrow and speak to me.”
I did exactly that. The following evening, the same person was comfortably sitting in the restaurant, eating, drinking, and smoking, clearly not concerned with customers. Out of politeness, I chose not to disturb him — something his staff certainly did not show me.
I did not play anymore that evening and never will again.
This review is meant as a warning:

👉 Don’t let yourself be spoken to rudely by unfriendly staff
👉 Don’t expect honesty or service
Misleading scammers.
Never again.
