7I have found Prince visa service to be VERY DISHONEST and INCOMPETENT. Their incompetence cost me over £1000 in flight ticket due to having to buy new flight tickets. They argue their case deceitfully and offer crumbs for compensation. I declined their £200 compensation offer not just because I believe nothing compared to the the stress & inconvenience they had cost me but mainly because it would mean i was accepting their dishonest & incompetent service. I will never use this service again.

In response to your reply on my review & following all my email responses as well which I too have to hand; i maintain my stand that you were VERY dishonest and TOATALLY incompetent in handling my visa application. You only started processing my application late. Your requests for further information from me came a day before the the tineline was due. You charged me for a paper visa not for an e-visa. You blamed the nigerian visa office for the problem when all along it was Prince Visa. You should have known better. Had you started processing my application for a paper visa when you received my payment, there would have been adequate time but you did not. I had to go to the Nigerian visa office in the stress i was in due to my mother's death. In my complaint i also copied in the nigerian visa office in order that they would be aware of your improper service. Prince visa, you may deny all you want but i know & you know that my complaint is true. I am raising an alarm to other users. I have written my review of your service based on the truth. It was a terrible experience for me and I will never use your company again.

Amazing fast and reliable service

I applied for my wife's umrah visa last minute as the information on the saudi official site was incorrect. The brother processed it in time for our flight. Absolutely amazing service. Highly recommend.

They recognised my difficult situation and helped me out. Wonderful.

If I could give 10 Stars to Ali I would. I was left behind in the UK on our 20th anniversary trip due to the new EU 10 year passport rule. It was a Sunday and I managed to reach the team who were not even supposed to be working and who went above and beyond to help me get an appointment and turnaround given the Bank Holiday Weekend.
