Absolutely disgusting service and very…
Absolutely disgusting service and very arrogant and dishonest staff I will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone.I dropped my BMW off with them to get my rear windows tinted.When I went back to collect my vehicle somebody there had driven it into a metal bollard post which resulted in my car being a write off.They tried to say they had no knowledge of how my vehicle had got the damaged even though the cctv showed it arriving to them damaged free I.am now chasing them through my insurance company.

Hi Matt, well you certainly don't let facts worry you do you. You came back saying we had damaged your car on the bollard, so we both went together to check the CCTV we have, I watched it for the first time at the same time as you as we are an open and honest company with nothing to hide. What we both saw was the car nowhere near the bollard, you admitted that we hadn't damaged it because the evidence was in front of you on CCTV. As for saying it was a write off, that shows how dishonest you are, it has slightly scuffed bumper, it has a dent in the passenger door and it has scratches on the back of the wing mirror, all of which are not consistent with one accident and not consistent with them happening by us reversing it 10 yards from where you parked it and into our unit.
We DO have CCTV of your car arriving damaged, we DO have an independent witness from the adjacent company who saw that your car was damaged after you had parked it and before we moved it. We DO have CCTV showing we moved the car without hitting anything. There is NOT ONE FACT in the comment you made above and I can only guess as to what the motives are with regard to these unfounded, untrue and unsubstantiated comments.
