negativamente a causa di comportamento…

negativamente a causa di comportamento terribile di FedEx circa la consegna. Ho inviato loro 2 mail 1 per cambiamento orario da mattino a sera e altra oggi per consegna mancata ieri sera dalle 19 alle 23.
Mi hanno invitata ad attendere la consegna con loro intervento settimana prossima. Nessuna giustificazione circa la consegna serale: se avessi saputo noi avrei ordinato a loro!
