Disappointing decline in quality and service from a long-term customer.
I’ve been using Printed.com since 2018, and they used to be my go-to for amazing customer service. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill and the errors are getting harder to ignore.
My recent sticker order was cut off-center with a white edge on two sides. Despite following their guidelines perfectly, I was told the error was my fault. To add to the frustration, my second set of stickers was delivered two weeks late. Most recently, my business cards arrived with the front and back oriented in opposite directions, even though the files I provided were aligned correctly.
It’s a shame to see a once-great company lose its grip on quality control and support. I’m now looking for a new supplier.

First time using this service and I’d definitely use it again. The prints look great and the quality is excellent. Customer service was very helpful—there was a slight issue with the first print, but it was quickly resolved with a replacement batch sent free of charge. Special thanks to Rachel McKale for sorting it so promptly.

Fantastic service from start to finish from printed.com
I used printed.com to print some textbooks for my son’s college studies and uploaded the artwork exactly as it had been sent to me. Before printing, the team noticed there was an issue with the artwork, stopped the job, and contacted me straight away.
When I called, both customer service and the artwork team were brilliant. They explained the issue clearly, helped me understand what needed to be changed, and, as I didn’t have the capability to fix it myself, they stepped in and helped sort it out for me.
The end result was a really high-quality print, and I’m so grateful for the care they took. They could easily have just printed it as supplied, but instead, they went above and beyond to ensure the final product was right.
A huge thank you for your excellent service.

I’ve used Printed a few times now and never had any issues. Last time I used there was a sizing issue which they were able to rectify really easily and communicated well with me the whole way though. The quality is always great and they are really easy to talk to if you get confused!
