Merciless upselling to vulnerable people

A friend who has health issues and is not computer savvy, was led to this site by them using the site address printed on a printer installation guide (which didn't have the https prefix) as promoted search words. All she wanted was some assistance setting up a printer and they upsold her to an annual support contract for £180 per year. Installed antivirus software when she already had some.
Avoid this company at all costs !!!!
