AVOID
AVOID! I placed two separate orders over £10 each and at separate times and was sent two labels. I sent two packages as requested. At payment I should have received around £23 and was sent around £15, £8 less! They charged me a £4.15 surcharge for sending two parcels, citing I'd split the package and rejected 2 of the cartridges. They were packaged extremely well. On complaining to the company, they refuse to refund, very rude, and the man on the other end of the phone told me to F *** OFF when I told him I would be leaving a negative review. Totally unprofessional and shocked! I recorded the call as I do on all numbers I don't know, so have proof of this. Do not use this company, very unprofessional company AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

There is no way a member of our staff would speak to anyone like that. We appreciate you are not happy with the outcome however your review is unfair and contains false information. We emailed you prior to the packages being sent and subsequently with the link to our terms and conditions. You were paid very fairly for what you sent in. We have an outstanding record of customer service and our 4.9 rating reflects this which we are very proud of.

Excellent service and swift payment
I had used several cartridges, which were stacking up in my cupboard, which I was loathe to just throw out.
I found this site, put in the part numbers and surprised they had some value for recycling. Process was easy, put them in a jiffy bag, attached the pre paid label and posted. Payment was swift, around 3 days after posting. Very impressed.
