Rapid turn around. Ink is good quality, good price

The color cartridges were great. However the black ones I bought leaked all over my machine and made a big mess. They never did get the ink to print on black and I had to clean the printer and go buy off the shelf black cartridges.

I have ordered from Printerinkcartridges for some time now and have been extremely pleased with the service, prices, and quality of the cartridges ordered. I recently purchased a new printer and they provided the same excellent service with the new cartridges. My printer is smart enough to know it didn't have OEM cartridges in it, but we will see how Printerink cartridges perform . No problem is anticipated. Keep up the good work. I will continue to order from you as service is excellent.

I've used their products for several years with 4 different printers with no problems even when a cartridge turns out to not work correctly they do believe in customer satisfaction.
The only issue that a new customer should understand is don't over-buy your ink supplies if you believe it won't be used within 6 months because then you might not receive a free replacement if the cartridge doesn't work and you purchased it maybe a year ago. This is not a negative as to their customer service but just what their warranty is.

I've tried dozens of online ink suppliers, and have always had a problem, cartridges wouldn't work, leaked etc. Finally I found Printerinkcartridges, and haven't had any problems at all. Great price, supper fast shipping, and a great product. Doesn't get much better!!!!

I'm happy with the speedy service and great instructions on how to get you printer cartridge refill to work if your printer doesn't recognize it. My printer didn't want to use the refill cartridge at first but it had good instructions on how to get your printer to except the non brand it called for saved allot of money will use again.

I am very satisfied with my purchase and quick delivery of my order. My end cost was about two cartridges at the cost of one from Office Max. Quality appears to be equal also.

finally a place that carries my printer ink cartridges that is affordable, useable. and no hassles if i have to return anything which i don't think that will happen cause the price is affordable, they fit the printer with no errors. what more can i say is keep up the good work and if you come out with a reward plan i want to be part of it

I ordered a color and black replacement cartridge for my HP Officejet printer. My printer rejected the black cartridge immediately. I sent several emails to the company with no satisfaction. My printer accepted the color cartridge at first, but several times now in the middle of printing a document, the printer will give me an error message that the color cartridge is not intended for my printer. I will not purchase anything further from them

I am pleased with my new ink cartridge and it arrived in a timely manner. Many times when I order something, I wait forever to get it but not this time. I have tried to order some more but they said they didn't have any for my particular printer. I hope they have more soon.
