I had to contact PrinterPix to modify a photobook I created. Their operator Kayla was most helpful and made the changes for me whilst I waited during an online chat. The books I had printed were excellent.

After a mix up with my order I spoke with a very helpful lady called Kayla who made the whole process easy and stress free!

I had an issue with my order that went to the wrong address and was never located. I went onto live chat with Kayla who was very prompt in her replies and sorted out a new order for me immediately. I haven't used Printerpix before and I was struggling, however I had a conversation with Kayla who was very helpful and sorted out my problem for me.
