If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have horrific customer service. If you decide to start a print on demand business, be prepared to spend a lof of wasted time, strife, stress on your own customer service, and refunds to your customers. As a small business owner, I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Printify. While the platform itself is easy enough to use, the customer service has been one of the biggest disappointments I've experienced with any business partner.
When orders are delayed or problems arise, there is little to no accountability. The burden almost always falls back on the seller, even though we have no control over production or shipping. Instead of offering meaningful solutions, compensation, or proactive support, you're often met with generic responses and long wait times that do nothing to help resolve the issue.
The amount of time I've spent chasing updates, communicating with support, and apologizing to my own customers because of Printify's issues has been exhausting. Every delay becomes my problem, and the lack of urgency from their support team makes an already stressful situation even worse.
Reliability is critical when you're running an online business, and unfortunately Printify has not been reliable. Production delays, shipping issues, and inconsistent support have made it difficult to confidently serve my customers. Rather than helping protect the businesses that use their platform, it often feels like you're left to absorb the financial loss and damage to your reputation.
I wanted this partnership to work, but after repeated disappointments, I can no longer recommend Printify to anyone who depends on dependable fulfillment and responsive customer service. Small business owners deserve a partner that values their time, their customers, and their reputation.

Unfortunately, I have not had a great experience with Printify. I printed the exact same design (front & back), on multiple of the exact same shirt style and color, yet the design size and quality varied from shirt to shirt.
The front design was 50% smaller on the Small vs. Medium shirt, and they told me they shrink the design to fit the shirt. Why shrink it 50% when the shirt isn't 50% smaller? It looks awkward and I won't even end up wearing it.
The back logo was also stretched and distorted on the Small and perfectly fine on the Medium. It wasn't a different design or file, so the logo should have printed in the exact same shape and quality.
They've refused to acknowledge their mistake and stopped responding to my emails or else I wouldn't even be leaving this review. I understand things happen, and would have been happy if they simply recognized what happened and made it right, but I've been ghosted. Won't be using Printify again.

While the interfaces easy to use, the print quality varies too much between difference providers to fully trust them with my brand.

Using printify for some products has been very inconsistent. We are constantly having issues with printing color quality. Sometimes it prints correct, other times it prints dark or lighter. When you contact them because the item does not look like what you have been advertising they blow you off and tell you well its within a range. No sorry if i am selling a navy blue item and you come back and print it almost in a slate blue that is a problem. Especially when it has printed navy multiple times before. Then we have purchased generic brand products which on their website specifically says will not print with a branded tag and then customers contact you asking about a company name on a branded tag that is not your company and you did not order that product to be branded, they say they can't help you that is the way the manufacture prints it. On top of that now they are increasing their monthly subscription price. I have never been so happy to leave a company. I am currently searching for other manufacturers because the inconsistency and pricing is getting out of control.

I cannot express how frustrating my experience with Printify has been. The inconsistent print quality is beyond unacceptable—terrible quality and colors are not even close to what I approved. If you’re looking for reliable print providers, look elsewhere. Printify’s network is full of unreliable vendors who clearly don’t care about quality.
On top of that, the shipping is a nightmare. I’ve had multiple orders delayed, and some have even "gone missing," or shipped to the entirely wrong country (srsly) though I’m not certain some orders were even shipped in the first place. You will be left in limbo with no updates and no support. Customer service is nearly nonexistent. If you do manage to get through to someone, don’t expect a helpful or timely response. It’s as if they’re deliberately avoiding dealing with any issues or taking accountability.
To top it all off, Printify sent a customer of mine a sexually explicit calendar instead of the ordered product. This is beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of accountability or proper response from this company. Do yourself a favor and avoid Printify at all costs.

Pros:
• Access to lots of different products all from one web-portal.
• For many products, production costs are affordable and similar to what they would be for larger print runs.
• Very usable product deigning tools with built in mock-ups (for most products).
• Automated integration with several selling platforms.
Cons:
• Product and vendor quality can be very hit and miss. Some products are fantastic quality, some are basically garbage. And vendors will occasionally just disappear without warning.
• Amazon integration is lacking in comparison to their integration with other platforms like Etsy, and what is there is glitchy and inconsistent.

Where do I even begin? Every step of this process has been a headache.
The latest issue involved a T-shirt I created in a pop-up store for a memorial service. First, they took over two weeks to produce, ship, and deliver the items—meanwhile, my other Etsy orders arrived within 5-10 days.
Then there’s the tax situation. I was told I couldn’t add a tax field in my pop-up store and that I should increase the item price to cover the tax *that I would be responsible for paying at the end of the year.* But then I found out that the customer was charged tax anyway.
When I tried to get answers, I was transferred to **eight** different people, disconnected multiple times, and still got no clarification. So am I paying tax at the end of the year *on top of what the customer already paid*?! I uploaded my resale certificate to my Etsy store, and I specifically asked about this—yet I’m still left with no answers.
Do I recommend Printify? ABSOLUTELY NOT! They are unreliable and inconsistent. I'm currently looking for alternative PODs.

I wish there was a way for sellers to get a preview of the print before it ships. The placement of designs in the editor versus the real life product sometimes differs. I've had a couple of products that were printed crookedly or missing the logo from the sleeves. It's made me consider switching to a local print shop so I can check the print quality before I ship it. I appreciate how quickly the support team responds to issues with orders. I would rate them a 4/5 for resolving issues that come up. I just wish there was a final review "preview" for sellers before an item gets shipped to customers. This would prevent orders from arriving later than expected.

I’ve spent over 150 hours designing my clothing line. I ordered over 30 samples. I’ve tried different providers on the website. Out of 30 samples I got maybe 3 shirts that I was satisfied with. So I decided to order those 3 shirt designs to sell locally. Every single shirt I ordered was inconsistent! From the placement to the amount of ink used. And also sending me the wrong brand of shirt I ordered. The wrong sizes. I wouldn’t sell these to my worst enemy. I set up a Shopify store specifically to sell these Printify shirts. And honestly I couldn’t in good faith sell these to people. I was going to start advertising my site to sell shirts, but I’ve changed my mind. And also the shipping cost is expensive, charged multiple times if from different providers, and shipping took 3 weeks. All of this is just setting me up for failure. This was a complete waste of time. I had prospects of running my own business. But I can read the writing on the wall. At least I still have time to cancel my shopify store before they start charging me $399. Idk where all of those 5 star reviews are coming from. Printify is a great idea if the quality was better and more consistent.
