The Printivity team were a pleasure to work with on a critical project with only 48hrs to complete. Very easy to reach them fast, walk through and ensure our files and project were set up ready so that nothing would hold up our ability to get what we needed in time.
I checked 4 printers for the best deal on a color booklet I created and they were all WAY higher. I was so impressed with Printivity that I will totally be using them for all of my future booklets which will be a lot.
Thanks!
We've been using Printivity for our printing projects for years, and they continue to impress us every time. Our latest order arrived on time, looked absolutely fantastic, and met the high quality we've come to expect.
What really stood out this time was the outstanding customer service. We ran into an unexpected billing issue that could have easily delayed our order, but Megan went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. She coordinated with their software team, left detailed notes for the rest of the team, called me back, and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Thanks to her proactive communication and dedication, our order wasn't disrupted at all.
It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers both exceptional print quality and exceptional customer service. Printivity has earned our business time and time again, and we'll continue to use them for future projects. Highly recommended!
Ordering process, completion time and delivery were all good. I've received feedback from several people that the booklets they received have ink blots on some of the pages, so I would rate the overall quality lower.
I spent days trying to place a custom foil business card order and ultimately ended up requesting a refund.
During the process I spoke with multiple employees by email and phone, uploaded the same files multiple times, received different instructions from different departments, and repeatedly had to explain that the design was AI-generated and that the PNG files I provided were the only files available.
The biggest issue was the lack of clear communication and pricing. I was initially given a quote, then later additional foil charges appeared, then shipping charges were added that were not included in the original pricing discussion. Discounts were offered on standard business cards but did not apply to the custom foil work I was actually trying to purchase.
As a customer, it felt like I was constantly being moved from one step to another without ever receiving a clear final answer on the total cost, the status of the order, or whether the files provided were sufficient.
The staff were polite, but the overall process was confusing, time-consuming, and frustrating. For a custom project, I expected the files to be reviewed first, a final price to be provided up front, and then the order to move forward. Instead, the process involved multiple quotes, multiple uploads, multiple conversations, and ultimately a refund.
Unfortunately, this was one of the most confusing ordering experiences I have had.
This is the worst print service I have ever dealt with. Beware and look elsewhere. Turn around time was significantly delayed due to the inability to each someone timely. Every adjustment caused delays in delivery which caused additional charges in order to maintain the delivery deadline. Never ever again!
Don't pay extra for rush shipping, because when it arrives two days later the best they will offer you is a 10% off your future orders. I spent $28 to get my order delivered the same day that normal shipping would have got me.
They took 1700. They were not able to keep the deadline. The job was canceled and they did not refund the money. Be aware, this is a dishonest company.
I spoke with Ariel from customer service. She was very patient with me and helped guide me through the process of getting my proof to exactly what I wanted. I have yet to receive my order, but I will update when I do! Thank you, Ariel!
After placing the order, receiving the proof, paying, and receiving the order confirmation and receipt, I received a notice that there was an error on the order. They sent a new invoice with a new total that was 20% higher than the original. Avoid these scammers.
I placed an order for an event I host ONCE A YEAR! I ordered with plenty of time and scheduled a delivery day 2-days earlier than our event so we had the material. I find out the day before the event it wasn't even in production yet. HUGE LOSS to our organization. They didn't even give us a heads up that it wasn't going to make it. I could have tried to get some crappy material printed locally, but no notice. I was looking forward to working with them, but sadly I don't think I will again. There are a few other big players that I would recommend you look at first.

Complete garbage. Mis-aligned prints. Missed deadlines. Zero accountability.

Spent thousands with this company just to be treated like absolute garbage in the end. They use shady tactics to delay your original delivery date, then demand you pay $100.00+ to keep your original delivery date.
This is especially true for rush orders (5 days or less), which you are already paying hundreds of dollars extra for expediting the production.
Their proof approval system is designed to force you to pay more money to keep a delivery date. They give you a very limited time to approve the proof before it expires -- in many cases, 3 hours or less -- and then you have to play email/phone tag just to have them resubmit the proof so that you can review it before it expires. This delays the order by a day every time it expires, and when you have no idea when to expect the proof, this is very frustrating to deal with.
The time windows for approval are undefined and random, with no indication of when the proof will be ready until you check your email just to see the proof "expired" because you were asleep and couldn't review it for approval between 8pm - 11pm. I'll check my email every hour I'm awake or not immediately occupied, and will go days without hearing from them regarding the proof. Seems they wait until the last minute so they can milk you for more money, preying on your desperation to meet a deadline.
I despise this company's shady tactics and will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
It's worth mentioning that this wasn't the case when I first became a customer. They had longer approval windows and were quick to get my order going at first. It wasn't until they secured me as a customer that they started pulling these greedy tactics on me. Great way to lose business. Don't give them a penny unless you want to support a dishonest company that will turn on you later.
My company has been using Printivity for over 7 years now to print materials for our trade show efforts, field marketing, and direct mail marketing efforts. We mostly print ebooks (20-44 pages), white papers (8-20 pages), and data sheets or case studies (1 page double-sided), but recently had them print our first run of 250 bound books (265 pages) for debut at an industry event since Amazon KDP couldn't have them delivered in time.
This order involved the aforementioned 250 bound books, a 48-page saddle-stitched industry report, and 6 other printed collateral or thought leadership pieces totaling 14 shipped boxes. Everything was delivered on-time and there wasn't a single error thanks to a proofing process that did catch a major error in a white paper's print formatting.
I'm fairly demanding of print providers and I've been with them for over seven years. That's about a high an endorsement I can make of a service provider.
