We ordered a school leavers hoodie. The name on the back was slightly faulty, but when I contacted Print my Kit with a photo of the issue, they responded within a couple of hours and arranged a new hoodie to be printed.

Fantastic Service - I needed 7 printed shirts for a girls Parkrun away weekend and had left organising until very late. Print My Kit not only managed to get me the shirts in time, they sorted out the background and sizing of the design and what size t-shirts I needed - made my life so easy. On Monday I had a rush job to embroider a dozen hats for an event at Easter. Sarah sorted everything out very efficiently. There was a little wrinkle at the end as I didn’t get the email to say hats were ready to collect, but Sarah went the extra mile and had the hats personally delivered to me on Good Friday.
