I've been using this online printing company for several projects, and they never disappoint. I only received my black and white copies, even though I paid for colour also (which was a lot of money for me). When I asked about them, first they sent an automated message about why they had not arrived yet. Then they sent me another message saying they would come. And they couldn't seem to make up their mind. They still haven't addressed the issue that my colour copies have not arrived after 2 weeks even though I paid for express delivery.

Colours were completely wrong!
They showed me mock ups of how it would look - perfect. They came and were completely wrong, and made out as if it's normal for this kind of thing to happen
What a joke

Initially the company was very helpful producing my car magnets with QR code for advertising purposes. I ordered and paid for 2 pieces and they only delivered one, second delivered a few days later. The magnet looked nice but it won't fit correctly onto the car. It won't fit flush. I contacted them and they said the magnet was only for 'generic' cars and not race cars or special material cars. I have tried it on a Pajero, Ecosport and a truck. It still doesn't sit correctly. They have said on Whatsapp to email the factory team. Really not sure I can go through the whole process to be 'refused' a resolution. Wish I had read the reviews first!

I placed an order for almost over 10 items and over 200pcs for each item. Initially i was worried but the team was so helpful. They assisted me in mockups, changes and even while production they shared first print video to confirm if everything is as per my expectation. Lovely and outstanding service!!

Brownie points: Delivery was done 1 day before. They 100% deserve this review. Thank you guys

Terrible service.. ordered mugs for a kids birthday party, paid nearly double the price to have early delivery, didn’t arrive until 9pm at night at which point totally useless as party had finished. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

If I could I would have rated 0 stars, my experience is very similar to previous feedback. Submitted art work, few days after received their version of it, all wrong with spelling in Arabic, when was clearly sending the screens in of the mistakes, got a huge resistance from the designer to understand of what I am saying. Back and forth for couple of hours and long story short, he/she said that they got confused and will cancel my order and refund the money. And funniest thing is , they blamed me for it. I wasted 4 days and could have my prints be ready be another company. Don’t waste your time and energy because of their cheap prices, it doesn’t worth it.

For our new company’s launch, we ordered almost 10 different items including business cards which has next day delivery option. Their system is amazing, design team is super efficient, hence one sales person Ahmed R., totally unprofessional and rude person miscalculated the items, didnt read the conversations with his team members, acted in totally anger, rude and awful manner - I am very shocked. He sent the payment link, not knowing what we are paying due to changes in the order like lacking certain paper type and delivering multing times, I got confused on the final amount, and asked aimple question of can you share the items list and prices for transparency. He took it very personally and said are we cheating you, you are not eanted here, I am refunding your 20 aed, go and work with another company. I had apend 3 days back and forth with various sales persons - all nicer, designers and finalized the talks in Day 3 (!)of the order sumitted, hence he spoke very rudely, said ugly stuff and cancelled the order. Unbelievable attitude and how can 1 sales person can ruin all the investments one company make and destro the full image and potential big orders.

I was looking for a place to print a photobook and came across printonline who were advertising photobooks on their website from AED 130. I sent an inquiry via whatsapp and got a response 2 days later - where the minimum starting price is AED 155. This is misleading information and I am pretty sure it is against the consumer protection rules. Needless to say I did not proceed with my order - companies need to be transparent and trustworthy which clearly is not the case with printonline.ae

Just a fake service after accepting the format and complete the payment, they will contact you to inform format not accepted and no refund.

This website is really bad; I waited for over 90 minutes on WhatsApp chat without any response, so either you buy blindly from the website or no one will answer your query, avoid it.

I placed an order for a set of 4 customized glasses. The package arrived with 2 glasses already broken due to lack of any protective packing. I have written to the company multiple times, but never got a reply. The phone number listed on their website rings, but no one picks it up

Beware!! please stay away from this company and its staff. They are not to be trusted, we were supposed to receive our order today and they mentioned that the courier couldn't reach us and decided on its own to cancel the delivery and send back the order to their head office in Dubai. Smelling the BS, we asked for the tracking number so we could check directly with the courier, they mentioned that they couldn't share it as per company policy and stopped the conversation short saying that the order was already refunded and that i could get the same items at a bookshop before blocking me on WhatsApp and not answering the phone. Still waiting for the order cancellation email I asked for. Seems that lying is deep in the company culture and they would never take responsibility for their action. I am not even angry at them, I only feel pity and hope they'll find help as they are trying really hard to provide an awful service, it's an accomplishment on its own! In the meantime STAY AWAY FROM PrintOnline.ae

The staff is very arrogant. The item printing price was AED 40 , and total bill was AED145.95 , there was delivery charges 2 times. He said thats standard due to high volume of job that they are getting. When I asked for breakdown of amount he simply blocked my whatsapp. Very unprofessional

I don't think this is a real company.
They are rude and unprofessional and ask for money before even sharing anything with you let alone a photo of the item you want to order
Be warned

Worst service. Didnt deliver on time and when they delivered the quality is worst, they pixelated my design and graphics. Worst customer service, very rude and un progessioanl beahivor. Wastage of money amd time.
