SCAM! They are taking orders, but are non responsive. Looks like this has been happening for the last 2 years. Shocking that this website is still up and running. Will be reporting to the police.

Ordered online and made payment. There was no correspondence even after attempts. I had to claim my money back from my credit card.
I ordered a print run, needed for a conference. I received email confirmation that the prints would be delivered by Thursday. It's Friday and no sign of the prints. No response from any email sent over the past week to confirm delivery, or to find out what went wrong.
I have had to use a same-day printer to get the job done. I will be requesting a refund from Print on Paper.
Really disappointed in the prints not arriving, and the complete absence of customer service.

Had emailed the company with a PDF and asked if they could print. They said they could, however as soon as I paid, there was "issues" with my artwork and they needed a PDF which was never an issue until they had my money. The item arrived damaged and not as per the specs and also very poor quality. Apparently the quality is a result of the printing method they use, but I've not experienced such a loss of quality before....I asked for a refund and they instead sent another replacement that was wrong also....And now they're ignoring me.
Unable to upload my pdf file to start with and communication was slow. Not a great start but after order was placed and I paid I received my paper within 3 days which is good however the quality of the print is really bad and very faded compared to other sample prints from other companies. Sent loads of emails but no Response from brad. Thankfully I only ordered a sample amount and I will be taking my business elsewhere - No communication and poor quality print I would avoid in future.
Terrible service, poor communication a week later the customer service assistant is blaming me for haven't even started my order. I asked for a refund and he proceed to print something he knew was wrong (as this was discussed) and send it to me after he told me nothing was printed and I asked very clearly Iwanted a refund. TERRIBLE
