I put in a big order first of all you said some files did not come over and to resend the files over. Well I don't have time to go through all my files to look for the ones that did not get though to you and I sent several emails to you an I got no reply back you need to communicate better with people.

Read the small print!
I ordered two matt laminated posters, thinking they would be matt laminated posters, but they came back encapsulated, looking like cheap restaurant menus. When I told them it was not what I expected, they responded with a short email and screenshot of the website which said in very small text, that although the option was called ‘laminated’, they are in fact, encapsulated. Very disappointed, and will not use them again
