I found the instructions difficult
I found the instructions difficult to understand and when I asked for clarification the instructions were simply repeated.
The actual print quality is great, but I needed to order again as the print was not what I wanted. 5 stars for quality, and 1 star for customer experience

Excellent experience good service
Uploading files was super easy with very clear instructions. Delivery was quicker than expected. Price was reasonable and the print job was of excellent quality. Good range of paper and card stock options.
