I specified the measurements 15.5” by 15.5” and I received a big poster size of my wedding photo so it won’t fit in my custom frame.

Every print we’ve had so far has exceeded our expectations. Such good quality printing with no issues. We love how laid back Printshape is so we’ve used them multiple times and will keep using them. We used to get our printing done at Office Depot, and we’ve hated the lines and the lack of B2B care, they always treat you like you don’t know anything but we’ve been getting prints done for projects for years. Printshape just gets the job done with no fuss.

The posters I ordered for Spider-Man No Way Hame came in amazing condition and I will definitely order here again.

Sent the wrong picture to me. Told them that it is gonna put me way behind, and all I got was sorry we will send it out today. Without offering any kind of resolution to make it right. At least discount the shipping or price off next order or something. Don’t get me wrong, the picture looked fine, but it wasn’t what I ordered. Like a total other picture.

I selected no background colour and expected a transparent poster. Instead. I got a white background. Very disappointing.

Prints were just fine but damaged in process due to the two posters put in a thin stuff envelop - posters became bent in transit with a solid crease line. Not business fault in transit but definitely was expecting a roll or more solid delivery envelope

Everything worked out fine. The banners look good. Shipping was also on time. Always happy to do business with you again.

I ordered two Custom Size Posters [60 Width x 42 Height (Inch)]. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the sunset poster was more like 58Wx32H and the bridge poster, partly damaged at the bottom, was more like 52Wx21H. Otherwise,the quality of the purchase was excellent, the price certainly fair for the advertised merchandise. Viewing this as a simple error, I see no need to publish these comments. My next order should be completed within minutes. Best wishes.

Print quality was okay at best, but the photos ended up slightly bent as well. Not sure if that was due to delivery or whatever else but it was a bit disappointing. Wish the prints came out nicer.
