Very unrealizable for urgent jobs

Its been 7 days already, the order is not fulfilled, no communication from the company. Very unprofessional. Only place an order if you have 1 month to wait

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. They guarantee good quality but delivered prints with marks/streaks all over. Even the branding material, they didn't center the logo as on the artwork. They delivered laminated prints even though we had not asked for it and the lamination was not properly sealed so it started peeling off in areas. Looked horrible, but worst of all when we sent them photos of the bad work they claimed this was not their work - we had never ordered from another printer before, so of course it was their work. The first order we ordered from them was good, but after that it was all bad. Completely inconsistent and they take no responsibility or even care about quality.

We reprinted your work two times. You used all the printouts coz after asking you to provide the copies that had errors, you couldn’t. We couldn’t reprint for the third time. You tried to get 3 orders for the price of one.

The quality of business cards was not a…

The quality of business cards was not a good as expected. They have printing defects, were cut wrong & feel out of line. You cannot give them out since they give a bad first impression.

They however delivered on time

UPDATE at 10:40 PM

The printshop guys just emailed me(to my personal email) threatening legal action & taking me for a fool. Weell, I can't post the actual evidence(pics) here but I will for sure find a good place to display it to the world. I think they can take me to Hague if they want. This kind of arrogance, intimidation & entitlement from retailers should never be taken lightly. :-( I paid my money & the product is now worthless. Weell, I hope I had the opportunity to post pictures & audio here. I'll give an update on where to find the evidence. Since they came to agitate me in the evening at peace, I'll take a further step & now post it on social media. I think it's only just

Oh! BTW, They are also calling me competitors now

Hello Ephraim, we do reprint the work for free if the client is not happy with it. Your remarks are meant to demean tarnish our name considering you said the cards were very nice and you were happy with them. You could have said we reprint the cards. Not to post a comment with a false statement. Let's keep it professional, kindly this is not the place to look for fame.
