Competitive Pricing and Great Customer Service
I have been a customer for about 9 months for a compounded Tirz. Lost about 20 pounds. This may seem like not too much, but it is a lot for me, and also, I started very, very slow because I was scared of the side effects. I first signed up for a 6-month supply at the lowest dose, which was delivered in two batches every 3 months. Then I renewed for another 6 months, and I was pleasantly surprised that the promo price had not escalated. The price did not escalate for higher doses either. Today I received my fourth batch. Each time, the meds came perfectly packaged with all the needed stuff and already mixed. It also came with a bonus nausea medication each time for the known side effects, which I had to use very little of. Every 3 months - regardless of my order package, I need to undergo a medical questionnaire in order to get the next 3-month supply. Customer service is great and quick - I have used text messages and internal chat options. Every time I had a question, it was answered right away - whether it was technical or medical (they have separate messaging systems for each). The admin questions seem to be machine-answered or IA. The medical ones seem to be from a live M.D. They use fast shipping directly from a 3rd party compounding pharmacy. For this 4th delivery, the time between completing the questionnaire and receiving the meds was probably 48 or 72 hours. Only the first time took a little longer, I believe it was a longer process. Another reason I give them 5 stars is because they accommodated my shipping address changes each time with no fuzz. Overall, I am very satisfied. I did some research on different providers before I chose priority meds, and I believe that at that time, their prices were highly competitive. About the med itself - I feel no hunger except for around lunchtime (my usual largest meal of the day) but am satisfied after a few bites. I have no more food or alcohol noise. I feel no need to have a glass of wine in the evenings anymore. My only critique or struggle is with energy. I do feel lazy most of the day and have to negotiate with my brain even about a short walk - this is harder to do without the "reward" of a good snack afterwards since that's not attractive enough anymore. The compounded vitamin B-6 seems not to be enough for me. I've been supplementing with different B12 products, but so far, it's hit and miss. The highest doses of B12 gave me energy, but have caused acne to appear on my face and chin. Of course, this has nothing to do with priority meds and I haven't tried their B12 products yet - I think that injecting myself with one product is stressful enough. Joke aside, I was - and still am - syringe-averse but have gotten used to the self-injections and do not feel any pain. I have not given myself a bruise with it in months now! Speaking of syringes - another reason I like priority meds is because they made it clear how many units on the syringe I was supposed to draw for each dose. Not being in the medical field, I had to double and triple check this with on the web and with other people around me who are. You get a vial in MG, with a dose in ML, and then a syringe that has UNITS. The component percentage of each vial of product is different for the dose, or because the pharmacy mixes it differently.

I’ve used them twice
I’ve used them twice. Very easy to work with. Real meds from real pharmacies. The only thing I would change is lower prices.

Have been on their meds for 4 months and have lost no weight. When I tried to contact them for support I got no response on their website. Finally after weeks of msgs I got a "how can I help" response but nothing after that. No customer service and their product is suspect. The name on the account is William Renner.

Satisfied customer in Atlanta GA!
I have contacted a few medical weight-loss companies, and I am unable to speak to a human. With Priority Meds they were very efficient. Someone called me right away and I was able to get all of my questions answered over the phone, which is exactly what I wanted. They were thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. I am happy with my decision to do business here and hope to continue with them during my life’s health journey.

Shipment went to incorrect address
Shipment went to incorrect address. Called to talk with Customer Service. Spoke with Harry. After numerous waits in phone, Harry promised to call me back within 15 minutes. He has never called me back even though I told him that the shipment delivered to my second address would be sitting outside for an additional week. Prioritymeds could have sent me one vial to the correct shipping address in Cottonwood,AZ so I did not miss my shot. This is the final straw dealing with Prioritymeds. Horrible customer service and followthrough.

They take your money before you’re approved
I filled out the survey or whatever they call it and stupidly put in my cc number without seeing the total price first. When i got the invoice and saw the total amount that had already been billed i was freaked out. I got an email telling me to approve my dose which i declined. I thought that would stop the order. I got another email saying i needed to approve my dosage or it would go ahead and proceed in 12 hours. I called the company and told the to cancel my order. They said they would escalate it and someone would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. In the meantime i got an email saying that my order was approved and would ship immediately. I called them again and was again told they would escalate it and someone would call me back. I will dispute the charge through my bank but what a scam. They should show the total charges BEFORE you put in your cc so you can decide if you want to proceed.

Great company. I love how responsive the staff are to any and all questions I have had. Doctor is quick to go over prescriptions and is always available for questions. I highly recommend Priority Meds for your GLP-1 needs.

They won't process my refund
I ordered a 6 month supply of Tirzepatide and called back an hour later to cancel my order which they had already billed me for. They said my order was canceled and instead of canceling they chased me again the refunded that new charge. So i still have not gotten a refund for my order. I will be calling back again so we will see what happens this time.

Terrible service and theft
I called prior to my 2nd shipment going out to cancel. My body got too sick taking this. I was told no problem we will cancel. It was never cancelled and then I was informed otherwise was too late since it was shipped however the dates show they had 4 days to cancel. Now I'm stuck with a $671 bill and medication I cannot take. Never again wl I use this company. Terrible service as I was hung up 2 times when I called and tried to escalate the matter. I am considering filing a BBB and a Reg F complaint and having my attorney sue.

I've only just started but disappointed in early efforts
I've only just started, but I didn't get what I clicked on - I asked for the 12 month subscription for $1700 and got the 6 month for $1100 which almost doubles what I'll have to pay. I left a message asking for help to fix that and got no response whatsoever, despite them continuing on with filling my prescription. While the rest of that seems to have gone well, not being allowed to adjust my plan is incredibly frustrating. I really debated cancelling altogether but they also don't allow that!
Edit: I will add that after I wrote this they did contact me about the change of plans so I did add an additional star.

Priority Meds Jabbed My Credit Card It Hurts.
They force feed a medical survey that requires a credit card to review. Like an idiot I gave it to them. They immediately charged the cc $1,740 without my approval, or disclosing the price. I’m disputing. They say thier “policy” is that a medical survey constitutes enrollment. I’m curious if this review stays up.

Overall pleased
Overall, I have been pleased. My reasons for not giving four stars are twofold: First, I have had issues with slow delivery; second, I was emailed about a $100 credit for slow delivery back in January and that has never been honored. Otherwise, ordering and getting my scripts filled has been relatively painless and I have lost 20 pounds over 7 months.
