10 days of gaslighting TERRIBLE
My husband ordered a tire on their website. They gave us a tracking number which never updated. We did not receive the tire either. Then they told us that FedEx had lost the package. A new tire was shipped, or so they say. We received another tracking number. The new tracking number also is not updating. FedEx is indicating they do not have this package. Priority tire is unwilling to give me a delivery date. It's been 10 days. I have no tire, and I have no tracking number that works. I asked for a refund and they declined to give it to me. I have since opened chargeback proceedings via my bank. Further... I was emailed a request for feedback. I hit the link and was taken to their Facebook page. The reviews are not good! People complain of old tires being delivered, and at least one other person has described exactly what I'm experiencing right now, i.e. tracking never updates and package never arrives. This is clearly a pattern with this company and I hope that no one else uses them because it's been a terrible experience. They have wasted an enormous amount of my time. I would also like to explain that they have at least three addresses at the end of their emails. The three addresses are as follows. We're deeply sorry about the clear shipping issue with your order, but do kindly ask you to not jump to conclusions about our operations or treat this anything as other than a most unlucky accident that we earnestly tried to resolve.
To clarify, we have formal confirmation from our warehouse that the order was sent out as advertised - but eventually our FedEx team noted a complete lack of activity with the package. As a result, we contacted you, explained that the package was lost and offered to re-ship the order. Once you confirmed your choice, we immediately organized a replacement shipment.
Sadly, as is now evident, there's clearly something deeply wrong with either the warehouse in question and/or the local FedEx hub, as despite our internal shipping manifest there's still no movement on your replacement package.
As such we have absolutely no issue with either trying to ship anew from a different location or simply processing a refund if you so prefer (since you apparently opened a chargeback).
Please understand that this entire incident is indeed a freak accident - and please take those negative reviews you cite with a grain of salt, as the weight of a few dozen reviews is far lesser when you realize that we have quite literally more than 5000 orders per day. Yes, shipping mishaps can happen, both on our end and with the carriers, but they are truly rare and we do quite literally in our power to prevent them.
We have no gain or benefit from purposely sending out bad tracking numbers or doing anything similar, so there's really no reason to assume that there's some evil conspiracy afoot.
For example, the reason why FedEx told you that they don't have a hold of the packages is because they never scanned them - we ship our orders in bulk trailers, and the package are only scanned once they're sorted at the FedEx hubs, which is clearly where the issue happened in your case.
Finally, Google forces us to list each of our main physical warehouses as a separate business, but there's only one Priority Tire, so there's no need for confusion.

Terrible experience
I researched and ordered tires through this company, completed checkout, and the charge immediately hit my American Express card. The next day, I received an email saying my order had been canceled because their payment processor flagged it as potential fraud.
Think about how ridiculous that is. I selected four tires, added them to my cart, entered my payment information, and placed an order, exactly like millions of people do every day. Instead of fulfilling the order or even attempting to verify the purchase with me, they simply canceled it after charging my card.
Complete waste of time and an incredibly frustrating customer experience. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

A professional fraud prevention company that we partnered with flagged the transaction in question as high-risk and likely fraudulent, leading us to cancel the order out of precaution to help protect ourselves, our customers and any unaware cardholders.
This is all standard procedure and something we do on a daily basis - although, yes, thousands of orders go through without issue, it's only a few dozen orders at most that are stopped per day.
At any rate, we did send an email to notify about this development and explained ourselves, specifically in case it might be an unlucky "false positive". The fact that we received a reply with incredulous swearing is definitely not reassuring.
With that said, considering that placing orders on our website is straightforward, streamlined and comprehensively easy, we would advise any legitimate customer to simply review all of their data and place a new order!

Reply: “tires do not age out” is a 100% false statement and NO manufacturer would ever say that. In fact ALL manufacturers say to not run a tire more than 6 years old regardless of how long it was in service! I will gladly round up some 10 year old tires that have never been mounted for your family vehicle do you want and put your family on the road with them since according to you they are perfectly fine.
As for “clearly stated” I cannot find a single tire on your site that is marked as being 3 years old.

We're sorry to see that you're upset, but please advise what your concern is here - we only work with and ship NEW tires, which we're confident we delivered to you.
As you know, tires do not age out, with modern tires that were never previously used won't be magically unusable or shorter-lived just because they have an older manufacturing date. We indeed make great efforts to ensure that every single tire we send out was never mounted, used or modified, free of any faults or flaws, all while being kept in state of the art climate-controlled warehouses.
Needless to say all of this is publicly and clearly advertised, too!
As usual, please refer to our Terms of Sale, which states:
"The manufacture year of a tire is specified in each product description, if available. By making a purchase, the buyer agrees to receive a tire with the age stated in the listing, if any."
Likewise, our Return Policy states:
"Returns based on the age of tires will be approved, however, Priority Tire LLC is not responsible for return shipping. Buyer agrees to receive the tire as it is listed. In cases where there is no production year disclosed, the buyer likewise agrees to receive a tire in new condition regardless of its age."
Finally, our FAQ page has references to tire age/production dates as well.
You certainly qualify for a return if you simply want to return the tires, but we definitely cannot offer a free return if the tires are in pristine new condition - exactly as advertised.
