Yes, this required our systems to be updated and since our entire processing system was overhauled with employees having to work from home and our servers having to be managed remotely, our ability to deliver returns was delayed. This has since been resolved and currently, we are getting returns to customers in a timely manner. Very Slow to provide the return back
I entered my information with no trouble and was happy with the software but then 2 days later and I still don't have my past quarter return. They do not disclose there timing up front. I chose not to have a copy mailed and wanted to download and print it and they never uploaded it to for me to print. I am very disappointed and annoyed.

I am disputing this charge with my bank as fraud as this company has not yet released my simple tax return to even download. I would not recommend this site to anyone doing their taxes. Save yourself the trouble.

Fraud! Stay Away!
Fraud STAY AWAY!!!!. do not use them. they are incompetent and on the verge of a lawsuit. The taxes I tried to file were not accepted because of the information that was missing from the returns they prompted for going through their service. it was entered and only shows on the return as x's. Stay away from this fraudulent site!

I filed my tax return on 01/27
I filed my tax return on 01/27. I received a message indicating that due to a communication between Metabank and their representatives, I would not receive my return electronically and all funds would be returned to the IRS. This is gross incompetence. How could an organization who specializes in taxes make this mistake. To date, I have not received my tax return. I called the irs today and they are issuing a trace on my refund.

Due to our third-party bank not accepting direct deposit, your full tax refund; without tax preparation fees, will go directly to the IRS. Then, the IRS will proceed to send you a paper-check by mail. Once the IRS updates their Where's My Refund Tool, you will be able to see the date your refund check will be mailed by. If you have questions regarding how to do this, you may give us call.

Been using prior tax for the last 3 years great service. There was a little issue with my return this year was supposed to be direct deposited but something happened have to wait for it in the mail now. But they informed me and made it free of charge for the mistakes great service

The program is easy to use and made me feel like I had more control over the outcome of my taxes. This was the only program I could find that would do older taxes, but it worked well and I would recommend it to others who weren't behind of their taxes as well.
