Friendly, professional advice which was tailored to my needs. Very smooth process - my NZ advisor was equally impressed. Also excellent value for money compared to other advisors. I'm sorry you are disappointed with the service you have received. As you know we do not receive a fee from you for the vast amount of work we have completed on your behalf and any work we carry out on your behalf is at our cost. I am disappointed that your comments have not taken this into consideration, given the complexity of work involved and the reluctance to pay advice fees.
