Aside from one of the staff coming in to fix my TV dropped my sound bar slightly on the floor after unboxing. The rest was done professionally. All was set up fast and swiftly.

TV is stupid , Lock is irritation

TV is stupid . cannot handle 6G or even 5G network so be careful . Door lock MUST be installed when owner is at home . they will pair to whoever is at home i.e helper or dog and don't mention it to you. Changing of account takes 2 weeks and still counting. Door closer installation info is misleading / incomplete. Asking for refund keeps pushing here and there

Delivered & installed broken TV + Poor aftersale service no call confirmation

1. Poor after-sale service after buying a 43" Qled TV from them on 27 Jun 25, no follow-up call and delivered a broken screen TV after we waited for 6 days on 3 Jul 25. 2. Bought a ceiling fan too, salesperson and official website did not inform or indicated that it's a preorder and need to wait for a month before arrival. I had to call them to ask to know.

Disappointing and frustrating experience despite all the positive reviews online. Will not buy from them again and will not recommend anyone to buy from them.

prism customer service sucked

customer service sucked so much sometimes you wonder how these people get their job. prism is on the rise with all their newly released appliances but the people don't seemed to understand their customers at all. technicians are not experienced enough, installed the appliance and messes up with my house and i still have to deal with paying them for the reinstallation. don't get prism, don't get any of their products. that's also why people don't support local companies.

Terrible Experience with Prism+ Fridge and Service

I bought a brand-new Prism+ fridge, and within the first month I faced multiple serious issues: excessive ice buildup, a fan motor replacement, a mainboard replacement, and now a blinking light issue — all in less than a month of use!

Despite these repeated faults in a new appliance, Prism+ support has only offered repair visits instead of a proper replacement. Every time I contact them, they acknowledge my frustration but don’t take meaningful action.

After receiving no clear resolution or commitment, I’ve had to escalate the matter to CASE (Consumers Association of Singapore).

This has been an extremely disappointing experience — poor product quality and inadequate service. I would not recommend buying from Prism+.

Horrible

Horrible. Scheduled a delivery in for 23/06/25 with a time slot for 4-8pm. Only received text of possible delay at 7pm. Waited and waited until 1030 and still no news. Finally gave up on waiting and called their hotline only for them to say they are not able to make it and offer to reschedule the next delivery 7 days later. I wasted my precious off day waiting for a no-show delivery. Did not even attempt to call me or drop me a text. Horrible customer service.

Disappointed with Washing Machine Purchase and Service (and Helpline!)

I'm incredibly frustrated with my recent experience purchasing a washing machine from Prism Plus. My parents' machine broke down three weeks ago, making a new one an urgent necessity.

We ordered a new washing machine, expecting a reasonably prompt delivery, especially for an essential household appliance. However, it took a full week just to be contacted about the delivery, and then another week for the actual delivery to take place. This significant delay was not stated upfront on your website, which is a major oversight and frankly, common sense for items like washing machines and refrigerators. If delivery isn't immediate, customers need to know before they purchase.

To make matters worse, the installation, which finally happened last Thursday night (June 19th), was clearly not done professionally. The very next day, my parents discovered a leaking pipe, indicating a faulty installation.

Adding to our frustration, when trying to seek help, we found that your "24/7 Helpline +65 6028 2215" does not even have an option for laundry when calling, making it impossible to directly address this urgent issue via phone. This lack of appropriate support options for essential appliances is completely unacceptable.

We are now dealing with a broken washing machine, a delayed replacement, a shoddy installation, and inadequate customer support channels. This entire process has been highly inconvenient and disappointing. I will update this review as the Prism Plus team follows up and addresses these issues.

prism…service very poor

On 13 june 25..i already informed prism custormer service that my aircon faulty ..noted by them that they inform support agent n 3 days later i email them again any progress n they email me give case no.######63 that theri support agent will cal me.already 5 days no news from them..very3 poor service..im regret using prism aircon..product n service dem poor.

Worst Customer Care

Worst Customer Care. Ordered the digital lock for gate. Sent in the pictures, the installer came down ill-equipped. Told me to prepare my own modification plate for the gate or change my gate. So i went through the trouble of securing a backplate for the lock.

Informed the customer care officer, and she told me that "I should listen to the installer". I'm like wow? I have to find my own solutioning to fix YOUR lock.

Pending re-schedule which i waited for almost 2 weeks with constant chasing. None of the customer care could assist me and just sent me an email that they are unable to install. They will refund.

if there is No star I will rate no star for this!! Never in my life I experienced such horrible service in Singapore. My default experience Singapore local service is always responsive and efficient, however this PRiSM TV brand super sucks!!! emailed in to repair, need us to pay money first for expensive for transport fee of $160 which cannot be refund even if unable tor repair and another $100 for a spare part that they couldn't guarantee to repair. And yet after payment they still can't schedule an appointment for us. After 1 week plus I still need call they take donkey half hour for a customer service to pick up, in they say reply by that day but didn't, few days later I message the customer service again they take donkey another half an hour, to reply from chatbot, reply same to reply within that day. Until now stilll cannot give a confirmed date, we have paid them $260 for a week now yet they still cannot fix someone to come down, I have given them last chance for 24hours to reply, if not this is going to the authorities as a complaint to protect customer consumer rights. it is unacceptable to take customer money holding it for so long and not responding to us.

The worse after care service

The worse after care service. My tv was notably damaged upon delivery. I identified the issue and reported to the installation team onsite. They told me that another team will assist to replace it the same day. Called the idiots at Prism + and they kept going on about how minor scratches cannot be up for replacement. I was screaming at them over the phone for something they did yet they made me feel as though i owed them a favor. Later informed me that we have already approved your replacement TV. I mean, what the heck! you are supposed to change the tv that is damaged ! I will suggest for anyone looking to buy to find another brand instead. They are not what they seem online and clearly out here to scam us.

Delivery and customer service

Tv was supposed to be delivered today, but only received a call yesterday telling me the TV was out of stock. I can only choose to wait or change it to another model. Told her this is my second delivery for it. First time delivered was told the bracket was not suitable so it was changed. How can it be OOS when I already have the TV delivered to me before. She just kept repeating me in robotic tone say "sorry for the inconvenience caused". Really pissed off with the service provided

Very aggressive in selling- and then they disappear!!!
- They will NOT give you options to choose time of delivery
- They will NOT commit to anything
- They will NOT pick your calls
- They are just a quick assembly …everything else is 3rd party (basically they are just the pimps in the middle)

Horrible delivery, customer service and product.

Ordered the roam32 tablet and delivery was delayed for a month. When the product was finally delivered, it was laggy and the remote control did not work. Did several troubleshoots and even arranged for the technician to physically access the product. Technician told us that the product has received alot of complaints and the product is not as advertised. Advised us to wait for Prism+ to arrange for pick up and refund, yet, when I contacted the customers service to follow up, they mentioned that the technician's report did not warrant a pick up and refund. Do not believe the 7 days guaranteed refund promise. Bad company with bad product. Will not purchase anything from PRISM+ again and I will advise anyone who is looking to buy to stay clear.

Sound bar just nice after warranty cannot work.. Need to pay 180 to repair. Lol..

Not getting any of them item anymore. If u want to get pls get the extented extented warranty for their item spoil after their normal warranty

This place is the only place that…

This place is the only place that allows bad reviews of prism plus to go thru and i really thank trustpilot for the unbiasedness. They blocked out all bad reviews on all platforms and only allow good ones.. I am considering to go to CASE for the one month plus delay and promised dates that kept unfulfilled. Seems like there are many victims i encourage all to lodge a CASE so that prism will not get away.

Bought a TV at the IT show in…

Bought a TV at the IT show in mid-March. When asked if it can be delivered by 31st Mar, we were assured (after clarifying with the storeroom/warehousing team) that it is possible.

We informed the salesperson and team lead/manager to let us know if it's not doable so that we can purchase an in-stock TV elsewhere. Again, we were assured that it is possible.

We were informed that someone will reach out to us in 2-3 business days upon order confirmation.

No one from Prism reached out to us.

End of March, we contacted the CS, waited on the line for more than 30 mins and when we got to speak to someone, we were informed that there is a shipment delay.

The delivery installation will be on April 16. April 16, I received a call that the staff was on MC and the service had to be rescheduled to Apr 22 (today).

Since when has a staff member on MC become my problem???

You only have 1 staff island-wide???

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Ordered in early March, and they did not set up delivery until April 15th. No visibility of your order status except for the confirmation email, you dont know where your TV's at, you dont know when it's due for delivery whatsoever. I changed my delivery date with online CS and double checked on the delivery date and got confirmation on Whatsapp with CS, waited at home for the delivery window (4-8PM), no one came. Then I called and they said my delivery date was not changed AT ALL. What kind of buffoons are running this company? Spent so much on ads and so on, you should really ramp up your customer service and inventory management system. AVOID AT ALL COST!

They dont even deliver the goods

They dont even deliver the goods! My order was delayed for 1 month and there was zero communication and zero accountability! Every time i asked i was told “goods will be here soon”, “it is coming in few days”, “anytime soon”. But the last time i was told i have to wait more than 2 weeks now and i dont even trust this date. I will nvr buy any Prism+ product again. This company is not to be trusted and i dont tink it can go far with this attitude.
