I have made about 12 purchases through Pristine and they have all arrived well packaged and usually arrive earlier than expected. All items are as advertised and everything has been great all around.

Nothing About Them is Pristine
I won bids on "mystery boxes"....anyone who collects knows these packs are a gamble on the value of what you will hit, but Pristine also makes you gamble on the condition of what you hit.
In my situation, Pristine included a heavily damaged card in what they were promoting as "all chasers". A chase card is supposed to be a highly sought after card in a break. I brought this to their attention and was told, "While we understand your concerns regarding the condition, we do not guarantee the condition of cards included inside mystery boxes." So a company purposely includes damaged items, but makes the buyer assume all the risks? That is not ok.
