Honestly, just choose a better one
I would strongly advise against choosing this company for an end of tenancy clean.
Despite booking their advertised “End of Tenancy Cleaning” service, it failed the checkout inspection. Even after a re-clean, the work was still below standard with many areas left uncleaned.
I requested a refund and have been waiting for over two weeks with no response to multiple emails and messages. Communication was great before, but once issues arose it became poor and unprofessional.
Save yourself the stress, time, and money – there are other companies who can actually deliver what they promise.

Very professional service - thank you for the peace of mind! The cleaners came on time for an end of tenancy clean and didn't leave me waiting, and they went above and beyond, making sure to clean hard-to-reach areas and left the place spotless for my next tenant. Thank you pristine!!
