TCPA civil complaint forthcoming…

I have never applied with this company and they “Mike” simply text me out of nowhere, don’t give details on who they are, and then they suddenly are a different person - “Brian Scott”. I will be filing a TCPA complaint in federal court for the text messages considering I’ve been on the Do not call registry for 15+ years.

Be careful and be warned

Be careful and be warned - brokers here will stack you in order to own you. Eventually to a point of making you solvent - all these brokers care about are their commission checks and will stack and stack til the cows come home - sleazy slimy as they come in the MCA world - Never again !!! And the lenders they do business with are just as complicit - I am filing a report with the FTC and Secretary of State of NY - to look into these practices - that destroy lives and businesses with their predatory lending.

This is a ridiculous entity with…

This is a ridiculous entity with ridiculous claims like extended terms being 18 months, all in unsolicited offers that are an insult to the business of any respectable company. Do not heed their faulty claims.

Complete spam. I never signed up for this service and they keep illegally sending me someone else’s social security number claiming I filled out an application. I want off of these lists
