⭐ 1 Star – Avoid PristineFits UK at all costs

I ordered what was advertised as men’s shoes from PristineFits UK, only to receive a pair of women’s shoes. Nowhere in the listing did it state they were women’s, and when I contacted the company, their response was that “men usually order women’s shoes in bigger sizes to fit.” I’ve never heard anything so ridiculous.
I reached out over two months ago to arrange a return and refund. I sent the shoes back via tracked and signed next-day delivery (£14+ out of my own pocket) and have proof they were received. Despite numerous follow-up messages, I’m still waiting for my money back.
The company is a complete shambles — customer service is non-existent, communication is appalling, and they’ve essentially taken my money without delivering the product I ordered. In my opinion, this is nothing short of a scam.
Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Used Pristine Fits for the first time which always make me nervous… I ordered my son a size 9 which were too big for him, but I emailed them and they got back to me the same day. I then ordered him a size 8.5 that came just a few days later and fit him perfect. I got refunded for what I sent back in just a few days later. Excellent customer service and his trainers are perfect! Will definitely use again… thank you!
