Privacare, (originally Servcare) have provided live-in elderly care services for our family for many years and the carers have been great and the service prompt and reliable. Mark Sleeman has been hugely helpful over the years.

We started using Privacare very recently so this review is based only on 2 months' association with them, but they found a great carer for my mum very quickly, and subsequently a fill-in carer when the first had to take some time off. Mark is calm, organised and friendly and easy to get hold of. Would recommend.
