Lack of support
The test results were provided ahead of target completion which was great. However, the clinic I provided my results to didn't accept them in the format they were provided since they needed to verify they were from a UKAS accredited lab. Sadly the support team couldn't provide any additional evidence to demonstrate this. I had to independently contact spire hospital to obtain the information to satisfy the clinic.

It’s understandable how confusing it can be when results differ, especially when you're trying to make sense of it all.
Different labs can sometimes use varying methods or reference ranges, which might explain the variation.

Super easy and fast turnaround
I felt a bit dismissed by my NHS GP and wanted to get my bloods done for my own peace of mind. I found Private Blood Tests online and they also had a 10% off discount code, so I thought £60 to put my mind at rest was reasonable.
I was quite wary of paying an unknown company online, but finding out that they have a partnership with Spire hospitals, I trusted them to be legitimate.
Shortly after paying for my test, I was sent my Pathology Passport to take to my appointment and step by step instructions on how to book my appointment with Spire.
I called Spire the following day, the process was really easy to register with them and get my appointment booked in for the following Monday.
I notified Private Blood Tests via a simple form of the date and time of my appointment.
I arrived at Spire Cardiff and everything went smoothly. The really sweet and kind nurse Nicki took my bloods and made sure I was OK. She was also very complimentary about Blue Horizon Medical (who are behind Private Blood Tests).
I got my blood results in less than 48 hours. I was really impressed with the service I recieved all round and will definitely use this service again in the future.

Fast service but confusing communication (lack of)
The test was sent on time and results obtained quickly. However, there is a lack of or confusing info sent prior to that. The shipping address shown was my home address, not the hospital I selected. There is no notification as when the test has been received by the hospital. So I had to call twice the hospital. A simple message confirming where the test will be sent and when it has been received would be useful.
