The support system sucks and there are no refunds.
It sucks, there's no SSH access. There is no support, I asked for a refund, it has been 2 weeks and no one is in the middle. The company is run by ghosts.

Is privaterouter.com for real or scam ?
I gave two stars because what they offer is great. But I had questions about how their product could work better for my situation. But as the previous reviewer stated, their chat is never available, (been trying for a month). Tried contacting their support twice in the same said month - no response. Filled out their Contact us page to ask my questions left my email - got no response.
Robert I hope you get to see this it may save your purchase after all.
On privaterouter's Home page, scroll down to the bottom. Under Company you should find the Knowledge Base Link. Click on that. And hopefully you will find some help figuring out your situation.

The router I ordered came 5 days late
The router I ordered came 5 days late. I payed $47.50 for express 1 day delivery. The router advertised as easy setup. Well I can not connected to the router except via console, then to root. Well I'm not a linux guy so I'm stuck. There is no support to speak of. No one available on chat, no one answers the phone, no documentation, no help files. $400 wasted. I'll try opening a support ticket. Torguard VPN I believe is ran by the same company. I'm with them for 2yrs. Prepaid.
