Absolutely terrible!
Tried to book for 5 days for afternoon tea, no response from emails or phone calls…decided to turn up to be told ‘oh you need to book’…despite the place being empty. Had a drink instead in the absence of no food. Had a canny menu but hardly anything available, you have the choice of ONE LAGER! Absolutely terrible service, lemonade was sofa water. WONT BE BACK EVER!

Dear "custmer", we are sorry for your experience but you got to the wrong webite. We are NOT A CLUB so if you had bad experience with a club co to the club page. Also, since it seems you had a beer and you wanted an afternoon tea, you must know in London clubs they DO NOT serve beers or tea. I am not sure where you went but definitely not here because we HAVE NO VENUE, we do not serve beers or tea. Before placing a review please make sure it is the right business.

Extremely dedicated on their job. I had amazing time for my birthday at Raffles Chelsea early in 2020. My bf booked a table at ToyRoom the year before with those guys and all went perfect.

The best in London! Look no further
We had VIP access to one of the best clubs in London, the Toy Room, where they organised my birthday party last summer. Everything was amazing and just perfect! We had a crazy night with a lot of drinks and a few bottles of champagne that came with sparklers. If you want to have fun, look no further, those guys are the best in London.
