They lied to me multiple times saying they're a different company to privilege purchase club, privilege purchase club then confirmed they are the same company
They refuse to let you speak to a manager and tell you to write to the dept instead or get legal advice
Terrible con, attracting NHS staff with 'discounts' which leave you out of pocket, stressed from trying to contact them and without a working appliance.
I have contacted 'health service discounts' to ask them to stop advertising this company to NHS workers
Return Policy is a Joke!!!
Where to begin well they sent me a cooker that was not suitable the details were not listed on their site so when it arrived I had to return it not only did I have to pay 50 pounds for delivery!!! But another 50 pound for re packing so basically lost 100 pound I am currently in the process of reporting them to trading standards for the shoddy practises.

Excellent website. I got a great discount in a dishwasher and it was delivered on day it was expected. Communication was great throughout. And it’s a top notch dishwasher. I highly recommend.
Poor service
They have great prices although thinking it’s all a con as after having my order for over a week they messaged the day before it was meant to be delivered to tell me they can only deliver it in 30 days time

Called and email several times to the team. Still not taken the old washing machine. Poor service, paid extra, won’t be using this company again. Better off going Currys, argos, John Lewis.

Kept very well informed about my delivery. Received estimated 3hr slot on day before & phone call from driver 20 mins before arrival. Arrived well packaged no dents or scratches. Only reason knocked star off is says free next day delivery on site but I had to wait 3 but saved me around £60 on the same product from AO.com. So worth the wait.
Excellent from purchase to delivery
We bought a hotpoint dishwasher from this site. We were a bit worried about the negative reviews but the discount we received was too good to turn down. Communication right from purchase was brilliant - texts and emails. Delivered bang on time with a phone call beforehand. The delivery staff were friendly and helpful and delivered it to the kitchen and offered to unpack it.
We cannot fault anything, in fact perhaps one of the best experiences we have had buying an appliance. Well done all.
Good experience
The prices on the site are inflated, but by the time you knock your 25% or so off, you do get a good deal. You are buying brand new goods directly from hotpoint. The delivery drivers were professional too. I had a good deal and am pleased.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Professional installation service provided by Hotpoint is the delivery driver with limited knowledge. When they can't install no efforts are made to find a resolution and 2 months on I still have received no refund/compensation. Their customer service is non-existent and even escalation to one of their UK Directors has led nowhere. Avoid at all costs I wish I had as I now have a washer/dryer ornament taking up room in my apartment and a broken washer/dryer still waiting to be removed.
DO NOT USE!
Do not purchase through these. They charge you £50 to restock an item if you want to return it!!! It would be like going into a shop and them charging you £50 to look at and try on an item before deciding if you want it. It’s now cost me £50 for an item that I don’t have and can’t use. Wish I’d have just paid the £40 more it would have cost me to purchase it through curry’s as at least they allow you to return an item purchased online as they accept that you’d want to see it and have a right to cancel a contract you enter into within 14 days!!! Staff have an attitude, like they’d be happy paying £50 to look at an item? Don’t think so!
I purchased a dryer via privilege…
I purchased a dryer via privilege purchase club . It was faulty but despite numerous phone calls, emails, web chats, what’s all message, messenger I cannot get my complaint dealt with. The dryer I purchased was faulty finally after 4 engineer call outs they agreed to refund me once the dryer was collected. 6 weeks on I am still waiting. The customer service is appalling, no complaints procedure no appeals process no courtesy shown from any of the operators.

I bought a Indesit DIE2B19 UK from the Privilege purchase with installation. The installation is not flush with the other integrated appliances and the dishwasher has flooded the apartment. This has caused damage to the kitchen cupboards. Cant even get through to the complaints department although they want to selling extended warranty that hasn't even lasted 1 month

When you buy from P.P.C you are buying directly from the manufacturer so I can't understand the poor reviews. After comparing products and prices I bought a Hob from them with considerable savings over retail prices and delivery was FREE. Product choice is more limited than retail, even so this didn't cause any issues. Had no problem in selecting a suitable delivery date and a 3 hour window was supplied 3 days before the delivery date. Delivery was made by the manufacturers own vehicle, the driver was in company uniform, on time, helpful and courteous. Highly recommended and would definitely buy from again.

Prices are Shocking! Much Steeper than Retail
I have just compared their prices to Curry's and John Lewis. I am absolutely appalled to say the same product (albeit difference in UK to Euro model number), prices are £100 to £160 more than what you would pay. Family member works for NHS and website would not allow you to use the promo code given by health service discount site.
Terrible Service
I ordered a Hotpoint washer dryer, paying for connection and recycling of the old machine, for the convenience. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The delivery guy told me to run a quick 20 minute cycle with just detergent. Shortly after, there was a pool of water on the kitchen floor in front of the washing machine and also a pool of water under the kitchen sink. The skirting board in the kitchen also hadn’t been aligned correctly. I called Privilege Purchase Club to be told that they could send someone the following day. After explaining to me that he had fitted the wrong size pipe behind the machine which had caused the leak, the delivery man changed the pipe to the correct size and the seal under the sink, as well as drying up the area under the washing machine and sink. However, when he left, I realized that he had used brand new tea towels, used for drying clean dishes, to dry up under the washing machine! The service from Privilege Purchase Club has been absolutely appalling.

Ordered, full size dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, double oven and fridge/freezer for around £1300. Came on time, great service from the delivery men, I live in a second floor flat and they brought it all in fine.
Absolutely terrible delivery service
Absolutely terrible delivery service. I ordered an integrated washing machine to be delivered on Monday 09/08, on the day 30mins before delivery time the driver cancelled it due to sickness, it is now 13/08 I still haven’t received a rescheduled delivery slot despite calling to chase them. If you want to receive your appliance I do not recommend doing business with this company.
