I tried to buy electronic components. After getting an offer per email I orderd the same day. Next day I receive following email:
"Sorry, after comfirm with my colleague.
The price of TH72035KLD-BAA-000-SP is 32$/each, the lead time is 1 week., the minimum Order Quantity is 65pcs."
-> The current average market price is 1 USD.

Offer was 20pcs to 2.40USD/each, 10USD for shipping with registered mail, total 58USD. For samples pricing and carrier would be ok for me.

I was very hesitant to purchase from New Strength Electronics because of the bad reviews from the past, but working with Lucy, she assured me that satisfaction was guaranteed, or the product can be returned for a full refund. Since payment method of PayPal was offered, I went ahead with the sample purchase, and the product quality was satisfactory. Since samples were approved, we made larger purchase and specified quality must match the samples sent. All worked out in the end, and I'm happy we were able to make a successful purchase for a much-needed part. Thanks Lucy!

Bad supplier : we had issues regarding non-fonctionning components. We aks them for refund (a very low amount indeed) but they never agree for the refund besaides the tests, pictures we sent to them.
Please just don't work with this company !!! They are not reliable at all.

Selling fake products, After quality negative report confirmation, we have sent many reminders to refund the amount but no one responding.

Piece of junk it played 1 movie and quit. Rip off for sure do not buy

The seller is unresponsive, after the purchase they asked for more money for the shipping and after sending it they stopped responding altogether and did not ship my items.

It is waste of time to try buy any product from this company. they are cheating people with the prices and stock information given by their sales representative. We placed the order and paid for it. Every time we paid to them, we 100% percent sure to pay whole value of the goods. After that, they said there was no stock and made a refund us. But on refund amount, they deducted bank fee and send us less than we paid before. Very very poor quality...

Ordered items that were on stock but immediately after payment they claimed only a very small amount of the parts was deliverable. They wanted to send them, but I refused it because transport price for the small amount of parts was much too high, which made the price per piece extremely high. They did not listen and did ship me the small amount of parts.
In a long email discussion (I have as proof), they NEVER took any responsability for their mistake and a real calculated, proven by evidence and FAIR proposal, was continuously rejected even when I have in writing that another person in their company did me a better proposal.
So they paid NOTHING back and kept the full amount of money.
Not reliable, take no responsability for their faults. Avoid them or ONLY accept payment after delivery.

I was told they had the parts they were advertising. I asked them to send photos of the parts, but was told they couldn't do that until we paid for them. Once we sent the money, all communication stopped. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Having purchased some semiconductors, I paid by PayPal and received (in Italy) the package correctly and in excellent condition.
Serious and reliable seller.
