My computer wouldn't turn on
My computer wouldn't turn on, and they first checked and told me it was a problem with the motherboard, which would cost 225 euros. When I went to pick up the computer, they told me it wasn't a problem with the motherboard and cleaned it without notifying me, which cost me 105 euros, and replaced the charger.It cost me nearly 200 euros in total. Later, when I was using the computer, I found that there was no sound from the computer, and I hadn't adjusted any settings... So I had to bring the computer to them again to have them check it, because the computer had sound before the repair, and they adjusted it for me a few days later and told me it was just a problem with the sound settings... I admit that they helped me solve the problem, but I was not very happy with the whole process.
I think that when the problem found after disassembly is different from the problem that was previously informed to the customer, you should first inform the customer and ask if I still want to repair it, instead of repairing it directly, because if it just needs cleaning, I might be able to find another store, because here, if your computer is a gaming laptop, you need to add 60 euros to the repair price!

-We had prior approval for the total repair amount, which is why it wasn’t necessary to contact you again when the issue turned out to be a cleaning rather than a motherboard replacement. This allowed us to proceed without further delays.
-As for the additional charge for gaming laptops, please note that these devices require more complex repairs and handling due to their specialized components, which is why an extra fee is applied.
