Bought one of there products about 3…

Bought one of there products about 3 years ago but have had a lot of trouble with splits to the silicone neck stretching but apparently I must have had a mouse chewing on them. Will not contact me anymore or answer emails. Considering I paid £850 this is terrible service from a couldn't care less company. I did make a mistake when I first had them and they did help me out. But when splits started it had to be my fault,I dont think so. Have now bought some just as good for £128 and a more natural colour. If you want more info please contact me
