I ordered a 300€ digi plate from ProAim. It arrived, but crucial accessories to use the plate were missing. I notified customer service immediately and they promised to ship the items in 1-3 weeks. After over a month, nothing has been shipped and they don’t respond to my emails anymore. Can’t be trusted
Ordered a Flycam Galaxy vest and arm from Amazon. Also ordered a Redking from Amazon.
The Galaxy turned up next day. 3 days of Amazon promising next day delivery for the Redking from the Proaim store - nothing. Changed plans twice to accommodate delivery.
Worse - I tried the vest on. Suddenly there's blood everywhere. Puzzled I look around and eventually discover two of my left hand fingertip pads have bern sliced open. Didn't feel anything but got blood everywhere. Careful examination and we found a chest screw with a lethal burr on it.
Plasters on since Saturday as it went deep enough to not immediately heal.
So - in summary: injured by shoddy gear and second bit of gear still isn't here!
Great company, amazing kit - i'm a professional and always check out Proaim kit as they have great solutions. yes it comes from Europe - so you wont get next day delivery thanks to brexit 🤦🏼♂️ but their kit is top tier. well made and reliable.

they simply send u second hand items, since the first order with a lot of marks.... not cool.... hoping that the client accepts that and making an discount on a damaged or used item when he is promoted by the same discount price on the site.... the after sales support works but with a month of delay after u buy and an one day quick response when they want to sell...
