When bookkeeping alone isn't enough, our fractional CFO services add the forward-looking layer: 13-week cash-flow forecasting, annual budgets and rolling reforecasts, KPI dashboards, margin and job-cost analysis, pricing reviews, and lender- or investor-ready financial packages. From there, you receive a fixed monthly quote before committing to anything. We work primarily in QuickBooks Online and Xero, and coordinate with Gusto, Bill.com, Ramp, Stripe, and your bank feeds.
