Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service very slow to respond, item arrived damaged on the 1st of December still waiting on the 12th for a reply on when they are going to collect? I now want a refund as I've got better things to do with my time than keep chasing a company.

Excellent Humidifier & Even Better…

Excellent Humidifier & Even Better Service!

I recently purchased this humidifier for home use, and it has been fantastic. The performance is excellent, and the laundry mode works brilliantly—my clothes dry much faster now.

I initially had some trouble connecting it to WiFi, but the customer support was outstanding. They quickly arranged a collection and sent a replacement the very next day. The new unit works perfectly, and I learned that the WiFi needs to be connected while the device is in standby mode.

Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the service. Highly recommended for everyone!

Excellent purchase

The service was fantastic, everything as described. The amount of water the dehumidifier removes from the room is unbelievable, there has been a huge change in the walls which were obviously very damp that are now noticeably drier

Dehumidifier broke a couple of months…

Dehumidifier broke a couple of months after warranty had expired. Pro Breeze declined to help and stated the product is also not user repairable.

I would not recommend one of their products due to the company not backing them and designing them to become e waste should it break.

Still waiting for delivery

I ordered on the 30/11 and my dehumidifier has yet to arrive, no updates since the supposed delivery date on 03/12. Customer service seems non existent. Very frustrating.

Great Customer Services.

Great Customer Services.
Purchased a Pro Breeze Omnidry 20lt smart dehumidifier from Amazon.
The unit was ultra easy to setup and connect to my Smartlife app. Feels well made and looks great, not to noisy either.
Unfortunately the unit didn't perform as expected, so I WhatsApp'd Pro Breeze for advice. Support gave a few tips but things didn't improve. They agreed a replacement without any hassle and the new unit arrived two days later and this one is performing well. All in all excellent and helpful service.

Zero Customer Service

Delivery never arrived. Amazon Delivery confirmed the parcel was 'lost'. I have emailed Probreeze customer support multiple times over last few weeks and have not received any response from them.

Rubbish product and customer service

I still haven’t had a response from Pro Breeze.

Bought a desiccant dehumidifier. It doesn’t work properly. Tried contacting Pro Breeze but can only reach a robot.
When I ordered the unit it stated it had a heating setting. No such setting on the unit. I have asked the robot 3 times to tell me what is meant by heating setting. No response. Why can’t we talk to humans instead of robots giving standard responses without replying to the specific details?
I have read through many other Trustpilot comments from people complaint about communicating with robot but Pro Breeze cleverly avoid answering the question.
Back to the dehumidifier…it doesn’t draw moisture, it seems to cut out when at 50% humidity, the fan runs for several hours after the allocated time has elapsed, it blows out cold air (manual states it should blow out warm air).
Absolute rubbish product and rubbish customer service.

Pro breeze customer service excellent

Pro breeze customer service were excellent to deal with. After sending them all my order details, photos of the product and a few short exchanges on what’s app they agreed to replace the product. 5 stars and would definitely recommend.

No resolution / contact in two weeks

It has now now been two weeks since I contacted pro breeze about a faulty machine - that is less than a week old- trying to organize either a replacement or a return and have heard nothing back despite patiently waiting the 72 hours and then getting in contact again. I still haven’t heard anything back. They responded to this original review below, I provided order details right away and once again have still not heard back from them. At this point all I want is a return label and a refund. I live in a very damp flat and badly need a dehumidifier so it’s extremely frustrating that they aren’t even responding to handle the situation.

One-Star Review for Pro Breeze

I recently attempted to resolve an issue with a faulty dehumidifier I purchased from Pro Breeze, and my experience has been exceptionally frustrating.

First off, their website lacks a telephone number, making it virtually impossible to speak with a real person. The "Contact Us" page is filled with virtual assistants that are utterly unhelpful. I struggled to get my concern addressed, which only added to my dissatisfaction.

The faulty product emitted a strong burning smell and failed to collect any water, so I wanted to return it for a refund. However, navigating their customer service without any human interaction felt like an insurmountable challenge.

Avoid this company if you value customer support that you can actually engage with. A truly disappointing experience overall.

Probreeze dehumidifier. Very poor customer service

I have just unboxed a Probreeze PB-08 dehumidifier. It seems a nice enough machine. but the instructions are dreadful. I cannot even set the required humidity; every time I set the figure, after a couple of seconds it resorts to another setting. Dreadful instruction leaflet. No contact telephone number for the company. Completed email form, and the response was that they would email me 24-48 hours. Wish I hadn't bought the wretched thing. Very poor service. Be warned.

Zero customer service or aftercare

Item was ordered with express next day delivery. Item however never arrived, I have been given two separate tracking numbers, one states delivered to ‘mail slot’ which makes no sense as I live in a flat and this wouldn’t fit in what I assume is my mail slot on my door?
The second says in transit, after chasing customer service for three days I’ve had no response from anyone at all.

Rubbish small Dehumidifiers

I purchased two small dehumidifiers 1x model PB-17-UK and
1x model PB-03
Both units failed to reset ones the full indictator was activated
I contacted ProBreeze with an e mail through their on line procedure. I received an immediate reply saying they received my e mail and would contact me within a couple of days.
Nothing was heard back so I again contacted them via e mail on several occasions but these were not even acknowledged.
My experience with the company is negative. They want to take your money but then wash their hands of their responsibilities. I have also reported the company to Trading Standards and I am awaiting their investigation into my complaint
