Be very careful what you sign up for !
Our experience with Probuild of Oxted has been shockingly poor. May we respectfully suggest that you consider some other options before signing any documentation with Probuild. Unfortunately we have had to pay for architectural drawings drawn up by an Architect whom we have never met and who has never been to our property, under the 'supervision' of an Architectural Designer claiming to be an Architect himself. This arrangement was with the knowledge of the Probuild directors and kept hidden from us for reasons we have never quite got to the bottom of. Buyer beware of this company
