Great company I deal with Martin and have found him great always try’s to deliver and great communication

We have been using Pro Care for over seven years. They are efficient and friendly, especially with the elderly. Communication with management via e-mail is always quick and efficient. The cleaning team reports any issues quickly, and solutions are offered. Also, they are flexible to change the schedule if any change in circumstances.

Procare are unfailingly professional and utterly reliable. I sense they also treat their staff well. I've been a customer for over 20 years and never had a problem.

ProCare have been cleaning for me for over a year now: always punctual, always cheerful and trustworthy, always high-quality cleaning and a real sense of pride in their work. I have been using pro care for the last 7 years. The girls are great, and fully professional. I have never had a problem with them. I look forward to there visit every week. The bosses are very friendly especially if I need to change my day.

Pro Care have been cleaning my mum's house (I am her carer) for over 2 years. I love the continuity of the staff and their friendliness and work ethic. They are always respectful and happy.

Procare has been cleaning for us for many years. I have an excellent team of cleaners who come regularly and so I have got to know them well, and they know us and the house. Continuity like this is so important. The team are professional and courteous at all times and they do an excellent job. I wouldn't be without them! As an organisation Procare has responded well to the pandemic, keeping customers up to date with any changes to the usual service, the use of PPE and changes to products and equipment. I feel safe when they are in the house. The cleaning service I receive is regularly reviewed by Diane and Steve, who are always responsive when contacted. I would recommend Procare to anyone looking for extra help around the house.
