Excellent Customer Service at Belmont circle Branch. All staff are very helpful. They don't rush when serving the customer.
I've used a fair few pill-pouch pharmacies over the years. All have had either poor or terrible customer service - some left me without medication.
I made one phone call to ProCare and within an hour they switched me to their online service, advised me how to transfer my unprocessed prescription items to them, and two days later all of my medication arrived. Genuinely impressed!

Travelling ten miles to get my Fit to Fly, COVID 19 pcr test, was worth it. The next day service ProCare promise, delivered my predicted negative result on time for me to travel. NHS Patient Access nominated, at £139 it's one of the cheapest on the market in London. Clean testing room. Carefully administered. Polite staff. Thank you. Much appreciated.
