I just want to give a massive shout out to pro cleaning and especially Scott who was extremely polite and professional he takes pride in his work and my carpets and home was treated with respect. Not just saying truly recommend 5/5

The guy sent to do my carpet was a truly wonderful guy named Terry. I needed a studio flat carpet cleaning. He did it in 25 minutes cheerful all the time. I would recommend Pro Carpet Cleaning absolutely 💯. My only issue is that I can only give 5 out of 5 I think they're more like 10 out of 5.

Scott came today to clean my stairs and dining room. Friendly and professional, a great job. Will definitely be using again.

I recently had my carpets cleaned and was thoroughly impressed with the service. The team had their work cut out for them as we had unknowingly used a vacuum at home that seemed to dig the dirt further into the carpet. Despite this, they managed to remove most of the stubborn stains and left the carpets looking fresh and rejuvenated.

I’m not sure where the negative comments from the lack of customer support are coming from as I had an opposite experience… I emailed after the first trip to say a few stains had come back, which can happen. And they sent someone back a few days later…

They also provided valuable advice for future carpet care, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend their professional and friendly service!

So I didn’t get as far as having the service from this company however having now looked at the reviews, I’m actually glad!

That said the customer service is terrible. I originally had my carpet booked in with this company. The person arrived on the day to tell me that he had fallen when loading his van with the carpet machine and think he has broken his arm. He thought the best thing to do would be to drive round to my house to tell me this and then asked to come in and have some painkillers. I gave him the painkillers and he used his broken arm to put the tablets in his mouth to swallow. I thought it was a little odd but these things do happen!

The appointment was rebooked for today, 4 days after this happened. I was contacted a few minutes before they were due to arrive to tell me the bloke was still having problems with his arm and needed to get an X-ray! He couldn’t do it over the bank holiday weekend but today when the sun was shining, he needed an X-ray!

I told the company to cancel this and I would find someone else. Totally useless and if I ran my company like these do, I would be out of business within a week! Judging by the looks of some of the reviews on here, I don’t think that’s far away!

Avoid this company

I was quoted £295 including VAT to clean my carpets, bed & sofa, was told the job would take 4-5 hours so I thought that was ok, what wasn’t ok the job was rushed, total time took 1 hour 40mins, we had to hoover the carpets after, I was told to pay the tradesman to his personal bank account & the invoice provided showed no vat which I refused to pay until I received a company invoice showing VAT which took a long time of asking, be careful as these guys will charge you a fortune for a sub standard service

Brian did a great job to clean seat pads that had seen many years of children's sticky fingers. The result was amazing, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, and will use him again

Seems like the people in the office splash out a £70 figure ad-hoc then fail to implement any service.

Take day off work and an hour before cleaning, technician calls saying there is an issue with equipment so I rebook for ehe following week.

Take day off work and two hours before cleaning technician calls asking me for details about the mattress. I explain I have already sent them to the office but send them directly to them anyway.
They then call me back apologising saying they do not want to waste my time but they can’t remove stains from cotton mattresses.
What the actual real! They had a week to assess the job and instead wasted two days of my life. Who doesn’t assess the job before execution?
The cleaner was apologetic and I kinda feel bad for them because whoever the work experience person is they have answering the phone to customers, has no idea what they are doing and ended up making the cleaner lose money and me losing two days of work. They had one job, clean a mattress and couldn’t even achieve that. Sad thing for them is that if they had done a good job I would have asked them to do all my room’s carpets but I wouldn’t trust them to even clean my toothbrush.
While I can’t rate quality of cleaning I think I dodged an unprofessional, amateurish bullet.

Worst carpet cleaning ever. As if it never happened. We must moved in to our new flat and found long human hair nestled into the carpets all over. Definitely not professionally done. Actually not done at all by the looks of it. Yet I have a receipt from Procarpetcealning.co.uk for two rugs, £70 dated only days before we moved in. A disgrace or an unfortunate mishap?

If you want someone who is passionate about what they do, explain what they plan to do and actually do what they say they will do. All in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
Then choose this company!
The rugs looked amazing when Scott finished.
Very friendly and gave great advice on future maintenance too.
Highly recommend this company.

Just had my carpet cleaned by this company I cannot praise them highly enough my living room has a nice fresh aroma the area was left clean and tidy. Well please will be using again

Scott came and cleaned my carpets today.He always does an amazing job and carpets look like new again,would always use this company as there so professional and great at what they do!

I was slightly disappointed with the service we received today the guy arrived rushed in filled up a bucket with my water obviously uses my electricity .
Then he rushes up the stairs doing are landing first banging about the stairs .
He was finished in 20 mins the carpet still had stains I called him back he told me they couldn’t be removed then used some cleaning product that removed it .
I paid £70 for what felt slightly cheated .
Won’t be using them again .

I found this coming company whilst I was just looking for a carpet cleaning company at short notice when I needed an end of tenancy carpet clean and freshen up.
From the start to finish they were amazing.
Not shortly after I put in an enquiry on line, I had a swift reply from Carl.
This was both a phone call followed by an email. He was courteous and professional.
They were able to book a slot with me at short notice ( less than a week ) and gave me a choice of a few appointment times. The costing was also very reasonable considering my tight budget.
I received a couple of confirmation reminder emails towards the booked day and on the actual day they arrived not just on time but early.
From the time that Scott arrived, he was friendly, professional and was kind.
He explained what he was going to do and carried on with no disruptions.
The payment method was easy and in total Scot was all done after about an hour and a half.
The carpets looked amazing.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.

I used Pro Carpet Cleaning Bracknell after thinking about hiring one of those carpet cleaners.

The man who came was on time polite went through each room and the stains on the carpets then did his work and left. All very efficient approx 1 - 1.5 hours 2 rooms stairs and landing.

The result was far better than I expected and better than I ever got from using hired carpet cleaners. Got virtually all the old stains off and made the few stains that were not removed hardly visible. The carpets looked new again after 7 years down.
Carpets were damp for a few hours and smelt a bit of cleaner which did go so you will need to air the rooms so probably best done in the summer.
I will use them again it's more expensive than hiring a cleaner but well worth the result and all done very quickly !.

Found the company via Bark and was a little unsure of using them as would rather have a company recommended They were fantastic and I can't thank them enough Carpets are like new and at a very reasonable price I expected hours of waiting around but the carpets were done and almost dry within the hour
Would certainly recommend them and will certainly use them again
