Procastangling do not not adhere to…
Procastangling do not not adhere to their warranty of 12 months, my snowbee fly vest velcro fastening came apart 9 days before warranty expired. The guy from Procastangling said he would not receive the vest back to the shop in time before the 9 days so the warranty would be invalid. He said take the issue up with Snowbee, I did and snowbee issued me with a new fly vest after I sent them the relevant details. This Procastangling company need to be seriously investigated on the back reading other reviews.
My purchase with Procastangling is being investigated by my finance company. Beware people

My experience: you can’t trust Procastangling
My experience is that you can’t trust Procastangling. I purchased a rod from them.
The rod was not checked before being shipped. The handle was in pieces and one piece was trapped under the partitions in the rod tube. I tried everything but couldn’t get it out without having to damage the tube. As the rod was unfit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act the company was responsible for covering the cost of return. I contacted Procastangling and Mr Dawson, the owner, agreed to refund my postage costs. I asked for a confirmation email but he said it was not needed as he had “given me his word”. I was refunded for the rod and they asked for PayPal details to refund my postage costs. No refund, despite reminders. Finally I phoned Procastangling, and was called back by Mr Dawson. He said he had just looked at the rod (this is FOUR WEEKS after it was returned) and claimed he had just then easily removed the trapped piece. He refused to honour our agreement, went back on his word and refused to refund my postage costs. I would never use Procastangling again and I would advise others to avoid them.
