I booked this company on 14th July (6 weeks in advance) for an end of tenancy clean on a specific date. I then sent an email confirming the time at a later date. Company responded effectively trying to get me to change the date of the time sensitive end of tenancy clean. I responded that it had to be that date and if they couldn't do it let me know and I would book another company they just...Didn't respond. Failed to respond to three emails and just ghosted me on a booking they had accepted weeks previously. Completely unreliable.

I asked for an end-of-tenancy cleaning and it was great. Very efficient. They answered to my emails very quickly and they did a great job with my flat.

Team of four turned up on time. The fridge and oven were spotless. Showers and baths were also cleaned well. However, the inside of the windows were not done well (some not at all), mirrors were left streaky and some shelves, tops of doors etc were still dusty. The carpet cleaning was a waste of time, they look no different - and a large patch of carpet in the hallway was still soaking 24 hours after the team had left.

Overall just about OK, but not my idea of clean.

Team of 3 cleaners lead by Anna turned up exactly on time and did an excellent job. flat looked spotless and I was really pleased. Could not fault the service. Very easy to book.

Excellent from the outset. I required an end on tenancy clean / carpet clean / window cleaning all at short notice. Emailed on Friday and by saturday evening had booked for the monday. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent service. Flat looks great! Thanks guys. Would recommend to anyone
