THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

We gave them the brand, model, and told them they were stacked. They quoted us a price, then AFTER they came and did the $99 diagnostic, informed us that there was a $100 upcharge for it being stacked and a $100 upcharge for it being a non-domestic brand. But of course they made sure you've already invested the $99 for the diagnostics at that point so you have to go through with it despite the total cost almost being double. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

Frontdoor® Pro Dryer Vent Cleaning Invoice (ID: 0074-0708)

Horrible practice, stay away from this people. They hire guys that request more money from you adding "services" that they dont perform.
To make story short, I hire them to clean dryer vent and it said $180, but additionally owner or franchise owner called me to ask for $100 extra to clean on roof exit of vent, that was never there. They came back and I found the vent exit at the side of the house (doing their job), to get charged $100 more. They broke my net and now I have insects coming inside my house. The man said he will come back to fix. Til this day, its been 2 months, and nothing. They rip you offf and dont do any work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE !!!

Excessive charges for parts and labor

I called FDP for a problem with the door gasket on my washer and water collecting in my dryer. I was quoted over $200 just for the parts and a total of $875. I opted to just pay $79. The markup on parts was double the actual cost and when I'm allied a regular appliance repair service they told me the dryer pump was fine just needed cleaning. The total cost to me for parts and labor was $480, almost half of the FDP estimate. I would not use this company because their up charges are extremely high.

Worst company to work with

Worst company to work with. They sent out a contractor to do the repair and never fixed the problem. Charged me for parts and labor for a problem never resolved. This company is a total scam. Beware!

Horrible experience with A/C unit going out

My A/C went out Saturday when it was 105 degrees. I opened a request, to AHS's credit, they assigned it right away. I called the number for the company AHS assigned, but there was no answer and no option to leave a voice mail. Per the request response, if received on a non-working day, it will be addressed on the next working day. Well, the forecast for Sunday was even hotter (it was 109), so I canceled the request and started looking for someone to come out same day. I found a company. I tried to call on Monday re reimbursement, but I could not find an option to talk to a real person. I finally selected billing questions, and that eventually got me through to a real person, Ashley, who said there is nothing AHS can do. The website is pretty useless, it gives no clue as to what to do if you can't wait for service, or how to speak with a real person. I've been paying the monthly fee for 14 months, and in return, received a new garbage disposal. I'm now out $830. Unfortunately, I allowed my contract to renew, so I'm on the hook for another 10 months, but I will not make the same mistake twice and allow ot to renew again.

AHS charged me for disposal repair in breach of its contract

AHS contract states that it fixes disposals without exceptions. The repair person fixed a disposal leak and put in his report that there needed to be a strap put under my disposal and wanted to charge $300 to add this strap. Based on this Front door sent me a letter that AHS would not pay for the fixing of the disposal costing me $108 in addition to the $75 I had paid and that they would not cover the disposal without the strap added. The repairman did not tell me about the strap until after he fixed the disposal and front door should have not charged me for this service based upon their contract.

Someone Please Help

Someone Please Help! I have a very bad experience with this company doing repairs to my refrigerator. After fixing it I noticed that the ice dispenser and water dispenser wasn’t working but was prior to repairs being made. I called the next day and couldn’t get a tech for a few days. Then the Refrigerator went completely out a day later. I asked for a complete refund of the $309.00 I paid for repairs that wasn’t done properly and it’s like they don’t want to issue me my money back. I am so upset. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

STAY AWAY! AWFUL!

Has someone come look at my dryer that
wasn’t heating. He said it was the heating element, had the part and replaced it. When the dryer still has no heat he said the heating element he just installed was faulty and that he’s be back today with another one. Came today? Put in the heating element and when it still wouldn’t heat he said oh it’s not the heating element, it’s a different part that wasn’t working. He said he has the part at home and would come back tomorrow. 3 days to fix a dryer? When I said I’d just buy a new dryer he said if I found one today he’s go pick it up and install it today. When I asked if he could go get the part from his house he said it would take too long and it would be too late. But he could go pick up a dryer and install it today? He only lives 20 minutes from me so why couldn’t he get the part? He left, my dryer still doesn’t heat and now make a loud noise it didn’t make prior to him touching it.

Company had whole Contractors pay…

Company had whole States of Contractors all across United States pay thousands in Insurance two months went by they had no business they operated like scammers con artist what terrible fake Company.
