Poor despatch
Online order, good.
Sales staff (phone), great.
Dispatch, useless.
Wait 8 days to get from warehouse, had to chase up via email requesting tracking number, was in process of arranging delivery pick-up, again chase up tracking number 2 day later, hadn't been picked up by delivery transport, had to be rearranged with different transport company, when vanity finally arrived, arrived without top, after another 2 days still no info as when top will be shipped or even if they have one in stock, pathetic.

Wrong item received, returned, but still no refund
Received an incorrect basin, Prodigg organized courier to return the basin. It’s now been 2 months since we returned the basin and still no refund despite many emails asking when it’ll be processed. Buyer beware.

Definitely recommend!
The quality of the products are so refreshing. The price is better than any I have found around. I was sceptical buying online from the cheaper prices but upon inspection just as good as the high end stores. We are very happy.
I would highly recommend and definitely shop here again.
