Faulty massage chair. Impossible to contact the customer service through their website.
January 2026 update : I was contacted by someone explaining that ProduceShop is currently run by a new management that is not willing to take responsibility for previously sold faulty products. They are offering as a "gesture of goodwill" a 50 euro coupon in compensation for a massage chair worth almost 700 euros that came with a warranty ! Unbelievable...

Just disgraceful - DO NOT USE!
Just disgraceful - ordered a fireplace via Leroy Merlin - arrived this morning - both boxes damaged/electric fire damaged in multiple places, remote control damaged, all instructions crumpled / dents in materials - and the list goes on. And miraculously there is no telephone number to ring. If we don't receive any response from photos sent, we will be taking further legal action -DO NOT USE!

Very shady business but great prices.
Very shady business but great prices.
They lie on the tracking information, saying that they have expedited the parcel 11 days before they actually do.
They try to trick you to paying extra for insured shipping, even though it’s their legal obligation in France to deliver the parcel intact, and if it isn’t they must reimburse you, even if you didn’t pay for the insurance.
The only way to contact them is by using one of two buttons: signaling that your order was never delivered, or signaling that you refused the delivery. Other than these two buttons there’s absolutely no way to contact the SAV.
The custormer service is rude and unhelpful.
The prices are great though, and if you happen to get lucky and have no issues, you can get really good deals. Still I’d warn you that it’s rather risky to order from them.
