I attended a Product Management 3 day course hosted by Cyril and it was brilliant. I left the course with a strong understanding of concepts and areas of Product that I don't currently have involvement in.

Cyril hosted a great course, it was engaging and interactive. I also appreciated checking in on pace throughout the 3 days to ensure it was working for the group.

The course is also supplemented with a huge library of online resources which is very helpful for further reading!

Attended the Product Manager and Product Marketing course of Product Focus. It was very well organized and the amount and value of the available tools is outmatched. You can really see and feel that they are experienced. Would definitely recommend a course from Product Focus!

I completed the Product Focus training on product management and found it extremely valuable, even coming from a data and analytics background. The course is well structured, practical, and full of tools that help you understand customers, competitors, and your organization with a wider strategic perspective.

Paul and Anne were outstanding instructors: clear, experienced, and always able to connect concepts to real situations. The central location and welcoming space also made the learning experience very comfortable.

By reviewing each product management technics, tools, process, Product Focus training is supporting my day to day work and confirmed what I was doing since 2 years is on good tracks and help me to improve.

A good overview course for Product Managers. In an intensive (5x half days) course you cover many topics - pricing, marketing, competition analysis, business plan, etc. The course maybe lacks a bit of in-depth material, but on the other hand it gives exposure to wide range of topics. The exercises that are sprinkled throughout the lectures give a quick way to apply/try some of the strategies right away. Overall it is a very nice course for relatively-new PMs to discover the many facets of the position.

The product focus team was very helpful for me to better understand what's expected from a world class product manager, that's a great training and I can only recommend it.

Well built training package that gave tools that can actually be implemented into our daily work.

The course run over three days and came around all the aspects of Product Management.
The mix of theory and practical exercises made things come together in a effective way.
The instructor had a very good background and expertise. With a background in product management she understood the deeper challenges a product manager is facing and could use those to exemplify the tools to handle the challenges.

Interactive and engaging training, using real-life examples which enhanced the learning experience. Discussions were interesting and thought-provoking.

They made sure to end up with company specific actions developed through the new PM framing! Greatly enjoyed it.

Excellent course and content but time was rushed when going into breakout rooms for exercises

Two years ago, I moved to a Product Management position. There was the opportunity for just a very short handover and induction, so I had to become proficient very quickly mainly with OJT and a lot of help from colleagues, but without formal training ,
This course has provided me with the much needed theoretical framework to better understand and organize the activities I have been carrying out in the last couple of years.

The course content was presented clearly in an interactive environment, with an effective mix of presentations and exercises.
The trainer was very knowledgeable and kept the audience interested and engaged at all times.
The training material and the references provided are very helpful and comprehensive.

I recommend this course to anyone starting in a Product Management position.

The content was on the dot and provided a comprehensive picture of the product management lifecycle. I really enjoyed the case exercises and the real life experiences that the presenter shared with us.

The pace of the training was optimal and the materials and tools shared were all great.

If something to improve, maybe the way to use the Product Focus Toolbox could have been an add-on. On the other hand, the user interface with the Toolbox is great and very intuitive.

The speakers are very engaged, the information is not only on a basic level, but gives you solid knowledge to directly apply into your job - on the spot.
The resources are very well filtered and organized, the exercises are interactive and demonstrate where you need to focus more.
The times are well respected (online experience) and the training is designed to keep you engaged at all times, covering all aspects of PM role.
I have found out that I'm doing the job of 3 people haha. But most companies will work like this, unfortunately...
I highly recommend getting the course, the exam is taking you through all that you studied and through the resources they have shared wit you from the tool box. Bu do not wait long to take the exam, as they say, the learning curve goes down fast when you don't apply what you learn.
Overall, if you have doubts taking this course, drop them and enroll, it's worth it!!

I had the best experience with the course, the real world examples made the learning even more interesting because i could relate to what was being taught. I love the ladies who were teaching us, they are so smart, they explain so well so that one can fully understand what is being taught.

Product Focus is the best. I will certainly enroll with them again, so informative.
