Disappointed Beyond Words

Everything about this frame screams poor craftsmanship. Uneven edges, scratches out of the box, and no proper instructions included. For the price, I expected way better. Very disappointed.

Hi, unfortunately we can't find an order that relates to this name, location or date.
We would be devastated to hear if this happened to a customer of ours, and we have a policy to replace any damaged frame so that we can ensure any experience like this is remedied.
